The hotel is conveniently located near the jetti and the bus station. The hotel rooms are very clean and the basic amenities provide are good

The room looked well-renovated and was equipped with everything I needed, which was quite convenient. However, there were a few issues: 1. There was a strange smell near the bed, as if the room hadn't been aired out for a long time. Even after opening the window myself during the day, the smell was still noticeable at night. 2. The duvet cover was just two sheets wrapped around a blanket, without any zippers or ties. The blanket easily came loose, and it also had a weird smell. 3. The windows provided almost no sound insulation. This room type was close to the street, and while it offered a sea view, it was incredibly noisy. With speed bumps nearby, there was constant car and motorcycle noise.

Generally, everything is good, but I wanted to point out a few specifics: Location: Excellent, right next to the 42 Penang building. Parking: Be aware that parking is shared with the hotel opposite. You will need to drop your passengers/bags off first, park there, and then walk back. Room: The room is okay, but unfortunately, there is a weird smell coming from the toilet. Hopefully, this can be fixed with better ventilation or deep cleaning.

Good choice hotel for travel in Penang. It's nearby the ferry pier.

It is abit inconvenient as the parking is far and not safe to reach during night

Room design and decoration are out dated, bathroom washing basin water tap leaking water dripping non stop. Car park is located at the building behind, Hotel itself has no parking. We requested for extra a bottle of water unfortunately receptionist rejected, he mentions hotel only provide 2 bottles water per room, I would say this services is too outdated

An enjoyable and comfortable stay. Great location (near the ferry terminal and George Town attractions), clean and comfortable room. Very easy to check in & check out.

Excellent location, the ferry from and to butterworth, and airport bus 401, 401E terminal just right in front of the hotel 19. Walkable to all the Georgetown tourist’s spots. Very happy to stay at hotel 19 for this trip.

The location of hotel was great for me. I stayed 3 nights. You can take the CAT bus or other bus lines, There is close to the first bus stop and you can walk to everywhere. In the room was quite quiet. They gave me two bottles of water everyday. I like that there is a bidet.

i will choose this hotel again for my next trip

Decent location but with the construction right outside it’s very hard to walk around, a busy street right next to the hotel doesn’t feel safe. The hotel and room were ok, not super clean but fine.

The room itself was pretty standard, but it had everything I needed. I was pleasantly surprised to find a pool on the second floor, and there's also a gym. Honestly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which I really appreciated.

Facilities: Very complete. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Very convenient, within walking distance to all major attractions in the city center, and not far from the airport. Service: Excellent.

The location is ideal for this hotel, situated directly opposite the ferry terminal. You can walk to many tourist spots here for example, Jetty Chew and Armenian Street. This hotel is just a budget hotel stay, so don't expect good facilities here, but worth staying with an affordable price.
