Room design and decoration are out dated, bathroom washing basin water tap leaking water dripping non stop. Car park is located at the building behind, Hotel itself has no parking. We requested for extra a bottle of water unfortunately receptionist rejected, he mentions hotel only provide 2 bottles water per room, I would say this services is too outdated

An enjoyable and comfortable stay. Great location (near the ferry terminal and George Town attractions), clean and comfortable room. Very easy to check in & check out.

The location of hotel was great for me. I stayed 3 nights. You can take the CAT bus or other bus lines, There is close to the first bus stop and you can walk to everywhere. In the room was quite quiet. They gave me two bottles of water everyday. I like that there is a bidet.

i will choose this hotel again for my next trip

The location is ideal for this hotel, situated directly opposite the ferry terminal. You can walk to many tourist spots here for example, Jetty Chew and Armenian Street. This hotel is just a budget hotel stay, so don't expect good facilities here, but worth staying with an affordable price.

For those who are driving, take note that the hotel shares the same parking area with Victoria Inn which is next door. And the connection to phone line of Hotel 19 is not available so do call Victoria In front desk to enquire about the parking directions. I like how it's soooo convenient that it is walking distance to Chulia street and many other eateries as for my case, we just come back to the hotel and rest only. Limited room amenities are provided, I advised to bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, vanity kit, shaving kit, shampoo (they only have conditioner), body wash and stuff. Stayed 2 nights so we requested for a room makeup, I love how the staff placed my dog plushie laying comfortably on our bed haha, so detailed! Tbh we heard the renovation noises, but it doesn't really affect us since we were tired after a long day's trip to go around the island. But it's still a nice and comfortable stay tho with most of the necessities available alr. Would come back to stay again next time and would like to try the yellow rooms for a change!

everything was good. the hotel was near the place i want to go for the business trip. but the parking was a bit hard and tricky, plus the parking space was narrow (due to the space tolerace within the island land). anyway, the overall was smooth journey for me. hope to come again in the future

The hotel is convenient to the central area of Georgetown and very comfortable to stay. Good service. Helpful staff. Recommendable hotel.

The hotel location is very strategic, walking to distance to street art, few places of interest in Georgetown - Clan Jetty, Chew Jetty, Tan Jetty, Masjid Kapitan Keling, Padang Kota, etc. If you have no transport, bus terminal hub just opposite the hotel, Pengkalan Weld, can get bus and travel around city. Overall, good stay and definitely will come back.

Good location, friendly staff, everything was good but just the renovation work beside the hotel created sound pollution.

I had a good stay at Hotel 19. The cleanliness and room ameneties are upto the mark. The loction is great, walkable distance from many tourist places. Fantastic stay.

Will probably stay here again when going to Penang. Very close to malls.

The location was near to ferry jetty. Do have parking available but shared with Victoria Garden Hotel. Currently got near by renovation.

The location was good but I didn’t like the room. The room wasn’t clean and the door lock was broken they didn’t come to fix it !
