The hotel was wonderful, clean, and beautiful. There have terrace to take picture with beautiful sceneary. It is also close to bank, restaurant nearby & town, just steps away. It is also located on a safe and quiet side. The staff are wonderful and cooperative. Overall i'm satisfied stay here and sure will repeat again next time.

Execllent facilities. Love the heated indoor pool the most. It comes with hot and cold jacuzzi. Gym is well equipped and well maintained. Breakfast is nice with decent spread. Room sizes are inconsistent. Same price, but some with bigger space and some are smaller. Mine is extremely small and even have to walk sideways like a crab to get into my bathroom. Disappointed that for this Grand Hyatt, there is no dental kit provided. Also no toilet seat bidet.

Very beautiful hotel, the night view from the top floor is unbeatable. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. The first day we arrived at the hotel was very late, they made us sandwiches for midnight snack, we lost our luggage because we missed the plane, they helped us to communicate with the airport staff. Every day the service is so sincere and considerate, recommend this hotel!

Excellent rooftop view and Turkish decorations, great for taking photos. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

It is very comfortable to live here, the scenery is great, the front desk arranged all our itineraries in Cappadocia, and even helped me buy the tickets for the Turkish football match I had been dreaming of. They really responded to my requests and are very friendly to Chinese tourists. I sincerely recommend it! !
