Everything about this hotel is great. From the rooms, service, location, breakfast, staff - everything was impeccable. I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-night stay here, truly relaxing and indeed a retreat. The breakfast prepared daily was so fine especially the cheese platter, jams and honeycomb I even bought home the fig jam. What was truly heartwarming was the warm milk, cinnamon cookies and salty popcorn served to our room when we return on a cold rainy night. Special mention to Emrah for his hospitality and showing us the room, the old uncle who carried our luggage and the breakfast server. Thank you! Would highly recommend to any friends coming to Cappadocia!

Overall, it is a very good hotel. The owner is very generous in decoration, and all kinds of supplies are very good. The toiletries are BV, the hand sanitizer is Diptyque, the kettle is Smug, and the bedding and the bed itself are good. If it is based on Marriott's standards, the decoration is probably between Autograph and LC. The breakfast is a bit ordinary and quite satisfactory. Considering the price, it is quite cost-effective in Kapa compared to various cave hotels, and it is worth recommending. The only point is that it is about ten minutes' walk from the center of the town, which is not too far. If you stay in Kapa for many days, you can use it as a place to stay for a few days. Or it is very suitable for self-driving travel.

Facilities were clean and well kept. Breakfast selection was good and available from 8:30-10:30 every morning. Reception was friendly and available to answer questions and provide information regarding tours/activities. The hotel is located up a hill which is about a ten minute walk from the center of town. Excellent view of the hot air balloons every day from the top of the hotel.

Overall, it’s a really amazing experience. Staff here is so warmhearted and helpful, helping us find bus and balloon reservations. Also, they sent us to the bus station for several times. They also gave us a late check-out to save our life after coming back from balloon. What’s the most amazing is the breakfast. They served a good diversity of cousins and all of them taste so nice. I will definitely visit again.

The popular hotel is easy to book in the off-season, but there is really no service. The wifi has always had problems and cannot be connected. The signal in the cave is not very good. I called the front desk on the first day and was told to wait a moment. Then I went to the front desk to deal with it on the second day. I couldn't connect again when I returned to the room. There was heavy snow and strong wind during the few days of check-in, and the hot air balloon was suspended. I slept peacefully in the morning. However, there is a restaurant upstairs from our room. The harsh sound of dragging chairs will continue from 7 o'clock. Please avoid room 13. Of course, we were supposed to be in the hot air balloon at this time. The view of the restaurant upstairs in the hotel is good. It must be great when the weather is good. The food is also good. The breakfast is ordinary. I only ate it for one day and gave up on the second day.

The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! We stayed in one of the caves and we absolutely loved it! The staff super welcoming, staying here you have direct access to Sultan cave terrace for the sunrise which has the best view for it! Also the hotel have two terraces and the pool! The breakfast delicious and the only thing to improve was that in one of the two days we spend there, they didn’t fixed the terrace so it was empty without the carpets and traditional cushions. The rest is just perfect! Oh and don’t forget to try the Hamam! 😻

From the moment we landed, the hotel provided a free ride from the airport to the hotel, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The staff went above and beyond, with a special shout-out to a wonderfully helpful team member who assisted me with my heavy luggage, proving that strength comes in all forms. What truly impressed me was the staff's local knowledge. Despite being a petite individual, one staff member knew the area like the back of her hand. She not only recommended fantastic nearby markets and restaurants but also guided us to a hidden gem for a delightful breakfast experience. Late check-in wasn't an issue at all. The staff graciously helped us order food during the night, ensuring we didn't go to bed hungry. The hotel's strategic location near the airport was incredibly convenient for our transit stay. The next morning, they provided a reasonably priced shuttle service to ensure we caught our flight on time, completing the seamless experience. I also have to mention the delightful night staff member who was not only cute but also warm and friendly. Her willingness to share local insights added a personal touch to our stay. The room has no windows, and the air conditioner needs to be turned on for a long time. The room is large and the facilities are good, but there are two points that I hope to improve: 1. Don't put the floor towel together with the towel and bath towel! Because the floor towel is used on the ground, I am worried about hygiene, so I only use the disposable bath towels I brought with me. 2. The hair dryer is hard to use. Girls can't hold it at all. You need to pinch the button while blowing. You can't fix it on one button. Even my husband who helped couldn't hold on for long. It was amazing stay. We went to celebrate our anniversary and we were so happy when we saw our room was decorated nicely by balloons and candles. Very clean and big room. And the best thing was breakfast really very nice breakfast we had. Overall everything was good. Nice service and staff were very friendly . I will definitely recommend to my friends.
