We choose Gotemba as the stay over location to explore Hakone to the south and Lake Kawaguchi to the North. This hotel is new and provides an unadulterated view of Fuji-san. The bunk room is perfect for family and can easily fits up to 6 adults.

Highly recommend edit x seven to everyone here, starting off, location to gotemba outlet ＜2km away , it was ideal and you could either take a taxi or walk which was perfectly fine ! around the area ＜10 mins walk there was other food eateries too !! the view of the room was great and was super blessed to see mt fuji every morning when i woke up hotel staff were all friendly and great and amenities to the hotel were all clean/ new !! did not try the hotel breakfast though love it here! will come back again , checkin and out process was super smooth too!

Amazing stay at this hotel. View and amenities were incredible, but location can be quite isolated if you don’t drive. Just wish they can extend check out timing as it’s quite early.

In terms of location, on a clear day you can definitely see the entire Mt. Fuji. The scenery is beautiful and the location is convenient. It opened in 2025 and is very clean. The best feature is that it has a washing machine with washing, drying and sterilization functions, as well as an induction cooker and cookware. The facilities are very sufficient, and I would definitely recommend it to travelers!

Excellent location, super spacious room, even with the door fully open there's still plenty of room to sit. I'll definitely stay here again next time! 👍🏻

Super satisfying hotel! Worth paying more to book! I stayed for two days in a row. On the first day, the weather was bad and I couldn't see Mount Fuji Booked a private sauna the next morning, super beautiful and relaxing Perfect for relaxing after walking around the outlet! After sauna back to the room to see the big Fuji Immediately a big shadow suddenly appeared! Very happy!

The room was spacious and very clean. There was a small chair in the bathroom for children to sit and wash. There were laundry pods above the dental scaler for washing clothes. I really appreciated the little details.

Full marks hotel, very close to outlet

The room facilities were new, and there were spare blankets and mattresses. The balcony offered a direct view of Mount Fuji, but unfortunately, it was obscured by clouds. The optional breakfast was a bit simple; I hope it can be more plentiful. Overall, it was quite good. 👍

This time try the newly opened hotel. The room I booked still had a view of Mount Fuji. Once I opened the window, I saw the whole of Mount Fuji. The hotel is conveniently close to the outlet, sightseeing shopping at once!

The room is OK, the environment is good, the service is good, and I am satisfied.

It was new and clean, so it was comfortable.
