The restaurant shuts at 10.30pm not 11.30pm as the front desk advised on arrival so we spent a late evening searching for food in town after a long and tiring journey. Second day there we were told food prep time was 45 minutes for a simple risotto side to the main dish. Suggesting an alternative simple veg side which was on the menu as part of another dish.- we were told we couldn’t have unless we paid 20% more! The pool is about 5 ms long so don’t be fooled by the pics - you can’t swim in it

Um hotel digno de 5 estrelas, alto padrão de excelência, elegante, tudo de qualidade, quartos espaçosos 41mts2, modernos, boa ducha, boa banheira de hidromassagem. café da manhã é um espetáculo de delicadeza, tudo tão lindo que dá dó de comer … e tudo muito delicioso Ficamos encantados com a simpatia de todos, especialmente da Josi, Caroline, Sarah e do restaurante o Erick e Cristian Hotel muito romântico, ouso dizer que é ideal para casal. Já na chegada somos recebidos com uma taça de espumante. A localização do hotel é excelente, próximo ao centro da cidade e com uma vista lindíssima do vale. Recomendo os quartos com vista do vale, é 🔝 Ponto negativo: Cheiro de fumaça das lareiras. Falta de gancho, cabideiro para pendurar roupão A temperatura tanto da piscina principal, quanto das piscinas menores, estavam frias, não deveria ultrapassar 23°… isso é climatizado e não aquecido
