This is beautiful Hotel located on beautiful location. Rooms are beautiful and walkable from the River, On the opposite street is a Grand Rapids one of the oldest building and it’s beautiful. There was a little miscommunication during our check-in. We were told that breakfast timing is from 7-10am but when we reached for breakfast at 9:10, they were already closing and cleaning restaurant. There were around 5-7 families who came after 9 for breakfast. But restaurant gave bread, fruits, butter, Jams, Coffee so we had breakfast. Other than everything was perfect.

Breakfast is very general, if you use a voucher, you have to pay tips and taxes. The room should ask if it is toward the elevated expressway, which is very noisy. You can ask the front desk when you check in. There is free parking, this is very affordable

The location is very good, there are a lot of shopping around, and it is very convenient to eat! The hotel is nice and can park for free. The room is equipped with a kitchen. There are dishes and forks, but there is no pot. Go to the front desk and find a dirty pot. Say the other pots are taken away by the tenants, but you should also prepare more! No pot can't do anything, and a kitchen is useless! This experience is not good.

Came for an overnight stay with my son to see a concert at GLC. Spoke with a Charveletta(spelling might be all wrong)! She was AMAZING!! We wanted an early check in since we were driving from 3 hours away and we wanted to relax before the concert. She was so accommodating and a pleasure to talk to! Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was awesome, we are already looking for upcoming concerts to see so we can stay here again!

I personally think it is a very good hotel. Although it feels a bit old, all the environment inside is quite good. And very close to the airport, call UBER, about 10 minutes.
