Residence Inn Grand Rapids Downtown

Hotel was amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. We pick this hotel due to location to Van Andel Arena.

Parking isn’t prorated and the parking garage isn’t big enough otherwise it was clean with friendly staff and very convenient if you’re attending the van andel arena

Recently stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary & we couldnt have been happier! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the lobby and pool area are on the 2nd floor so it has a nice view, they offer a parking ramp with a skyview ramp with easy access back and forth. We booked a king suite with a city view and it did not disappoint! We absolutely loved the view from our room!! The location is convenient & walkable to many attractions and restaurants downtown. Would definitely stay here again & highly recommend!

Very nice facility, clean, great location. Walkable dining options in the immediate area. Van Andle Arena across the street. Good breakfast. Had a very nice time bringing in the New Year. 🎉

Loved the sound proof rooms, shower built for two, modern kitchen, love how music was playing when you enter the room!!

Loved the suite, it was nicer in person and you could tell the cleaner did a great job. Very clean rooms, comfy beds and convenient location. The hotel was sold out when I stayed and the parking ramp was full. It would have been nice to have complimentary parking. Breakfast also ended at 930, I feel like breakfast should be atleast served until 10.

Unfortunately they don’t have valet parking. Parking ramps are tight and cost $30.No help with luggage.We had to find a luggage cart. Not many available.
