Clean comfortable beds, newly renovated rooms, with a bathtub you can actually fit in! Great location on the edge of town, within a 20 minute walk to down town. Attentative friendly staff. Black out curtains in our room worked great..could use a larger coffe maker.

The room had newer bathroom fixtures, a 40” TV but everything else was worn and grubby. The smell of disinfectant along with stale smoke was almost overpowering. The two gentleman who manned the front office were helpful and polite so that was good.

Fantastic! Our brief two night stay was excellent Very Clean Rooms Full each night Friendly people staying next door both sides No disturbances Whatsoever Our Host - I don’t have enough words to say how exceptional he was Polite Friendly Beautiful Disposition Eager at any given moment to tend to guests ( us included a few times Thank You so much for providing us comfortable arrangements and also Thank You for the lasting impression you left us with 💥

Surprisingly nice for the price! Front desk staff was very driebdly and accomodating. Rooms are definitely older, but quite clean and the beds and linens were immaculate. Outdoor pool was drained and limited amenities on the property, but a pretty nice place to stay on a budget

The positives:
- Very friendly and accommodating staff.
- Nice room with good space.
- Fridge & microwave.
- Nice big TV.
- Comfy beds and pillows.
The negatives:
- ******* picture showed a stove in the room. Apparently only one room has that.
- A lot of things are old and in some direpair.
- Pool is no longer functioning.
