I was having a confirmed voucher from agoda.com. but I was denied chk in as they say they cannot honour the booking at that rate. I was asked to pay double to get a room. I was also asked to chk in in a used room. They didn't cleaned during my chk in. Room condition was horrible......to be precise pathetic. Bad odour, untidy bedsheet, cushion cover was also not clean. No room service. Moreover towel provided was also seemed to be used. Shabby room. Somehow I finished my work and escaped from there.

The hotel ***agement and staff were very rude and uneducated. They were offer the non AC room at AC room price and decline the booking.
They were abusing. A very bad staff and ***agement.
