This hotel is very good. The room is spacious and quite classy and it's also very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the girls at reception are more than helpful. Hotel's location is also convenient - there are plenty of restaurants around. Breakfast is OK. Overall, great value for money.

第一次來廣饒出差，這個應該是廣饒性價比最高的酒店啦，價格不貴，房間很大，房間還有小鳥的畫，感覺不錯，住着很舒服，特別是床墊，軟硬適中，還是落地窗，電動窗簾，一開房門，窗簾自動打開，特別是洗澡的時候，還有音樂很給力的酒店，前台小姐姐的服務也很好，説話很平易近人，有種很親切的感覺。總之很不錯的酒店。

服務員把客人吃剩的甜品放回餐枱，讓不知情的客人取餐，遭到質問後口口聲聲説這樣是可以的，當時真的噁心到了，絕不會再來這一家，不想吃別人剩下的東西。訂了兩個房間，一間房有蟑螂，另一家沙發墊子下面有煙盒，床頭和樓梯還有頭髮。非常糟糕的入住體驗。

先説優點，床睡覺很舒服。地理位置很好。
缺點：
1.酒店一樓休息區沒有煙灰缸也沒有垃圾桶，跟服務人員要了一個結果是臟的。第二天我去要還是臟的。
2.走廊地毯不乾淨，直接拉低了酒店形象，影響去往房間的途中心情極差。
3.第二天酒店打掃衞生，晚上睡覺丫頭髮現床單是昨晚弄臟的，酒店沒換，她講不知道被子是不是也沒有換，衹是鋪平了，因為我們沒有弄臟被子，所以不得而知。
3.隔音不知道怎麼樣，沒遇到敲門的，丫頭叫聲挺大的。但是白天門口噪音很多，不知道是保潔還是什麼人。
4.第三天保潔人員沒有給放置拖鞋，還需要打電話給前台。
5.房間有窗户，但是窗户把手都掉了沒有修理。
6.房間空調不好，比較悶，開空調衹有温度調低了感覺到冷才能感受到空氣好一些（也不知道這是不是一種逼着客户上床進被窩，睡覺不發現這些不如意的地方的一種手段。）開窗可以解決，但是開窗外面是商業街很吵。
按理説應該退房了，但是我們頂的房間不支持退房，所以沒有直接反饋，也不想給自己找麻煩，給本來就不佳的心情增加煩躁。
希望酒店能儘量改善吧。

到的時候晚上很晚了，前台一直在等着，非常感謝，在廣饒住宿一直都在住希岸，衞生條件沒的説很好，而且服務很到位，前台兄弟也很實在，祝生意越來越好，希望以後去了也多照顧一下就OK😄

酒店不錯，在這個城市算好的，各方面。辦入住前台缺乏基本禮儀和培訓，我定了三間房，有一間三人間卻衹提供兩床被子，我要求加一個被子，前台説酒店沒富裕的不給加。同事入職後找其他服務員很痛快就給加了被子。所以，其他滿分，服務零分。
