Worst experience among my 10+ hotels around China. Dirty room (something like bird **** on the sofa), no elevator to my floor, room cleaner threw away some of my important personal belongings which are obviously not garbage (didn't even apologize when I confronted on the front desk), sometimes there isn't even anyone on the front desk and you have to wait for quite a while. Pretty rude and made my stay in Guangzhou less pleasant. Save yourself the trouble, AVOID THIS PLACE!
这是我在中国十几家酒店中遇到的最差的一家！房间脏得离谱，沙发上像有鸟便一样。我住的楼层居然连电梯都没有。更离谱的是，打扫卫生的居然把我一些明显不是垃圾的重要私人物品直接扔了！我去前台质问，对方居然连一句道歉都没有，还敢否认怪我。态度极其恶劣。前台经常没人，等半天都找不到人帮忙。真是糟糕透顶的管理，完全不把客人当回事。想省心就千万别来，劝你避雷！

We were told our room is not reserved and was given a room with squat toilet. We argued with the receptionist and in the end they gave us back our our we booked. That time a lot of traveller and we suspect they wanted to rent with a higher price. That's why everyone don't be afraid to fight for your right. When we shower the whole toilet will be wet each time because there is no door blocking the water spray. The receptionist said the squat toilet room is double size of our room we booked. They said upgraded our with squat toilet. As you can look at the photos. Both rooms are the same size and the squat toilet one is filthy and at the top floor need to climb stairs to reach there and most of them are given to bachelors and Middle East people!!!!
