Very nice apartment in a good location. The landlord was helpful, and the service was good. Lots of good restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping nearby.

The hotel was fine. You have to call the owner/contact person to meet you in the lobby, so he can come downstairs and give you a key card. The room is in an apartment building (and hotel on the opposite side of the same building).

The toilet was too small and major issue with drainage. The main window did not close. Cabinets were broken and not cleaned. Zero service support. Would not recommend.

The location is 3min away from Metro station. I asked the host to pick us up from the street level.
Room was different than ordered and on 16F. Shower door could not be closed. Bathroom could have been more clean, particular mirror and glass parts.

1. The hotel is located in the middle of Guangzhou, so it is convenient to go anywhere
2. 2 bottles of water and 2 toothbrushes are changed every day
3. 4 towels are changed every day
4. There are many bars that are open late at night nearby
5. There are many convenience stores
6. Located 5 minutes from the subway station

Overall, I think it is a place with pretty good quality in Guangzhou
I thought it would be a pretty good place as long as the internet speed is okay because most foreigners have to take a detour to access overseas sites.

The environment is quite good and the price is very good. It has a washing machine and a refrigerator, but the water heater is not very good. I asked the boss and he answered carefully. Also, the location is not easy to find. Just call the boss to pick him up.
