JI Hotel (Guangzhou Tianhe East Railway Station)

The room was clean and tidy, and it's super close to the East Station. There's so much good food nearby, and ordering takeout to the hotel was just amazing! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Didn't take photos of the room, but it was the usual high quality. It was my first time using the self-service laundry, and it was a real lifesaver for someone like me who sweats a lot! As a music festival trooper, I came from Shenzhen to Guangzhou for the Neon EDM festival, and it was so hot I was soaking through three t-shirts every day. Thankfully, the hotel's free self-service laundry and drying service saved me from having a bag full of stinky laundry on the way back home 😂. You can scan a QR code on the TV (a big Toshiba screen) to check the real-time status of the washing machines and dryers on the 19th floor, and even subscribe to alerts so you don't have to wait around. If there's another EDM festival at Canton Tower, I'll definitely book this place again! The transportation is convenient; the hotel is just 10 meters from Exit F of Metro Line 1, and there are many delicious food options nearby worth exploring 👍

This was my first time staying at a Ji Hotel in Guangzhou. It's super convenient, just a straight walk left from the East Station exit. Our room was on a higher floor, very quiet, and we all had a great rest. The breakfast was also excellent and had a wide variety, including my favorite handmade steamed buns. You can tell they pay attention to the details here. I'll definitely stay again next time.

I rarely leave reviews, but I truly feel compelled to praise this stay: it was an excellent experience with warm and attentive service, a comfortable environment, and impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was also incredibly rich and varied. Definitely worth staying again.

Stayed for 4 days and was generally satisfied. It's very close to the train station, subway, and underground mall, all within walking distance. The subway entrance is just 200 meters to the right when you exit the hotel. We chose a room facing the residential area, and the soundproofing was good; we couldn't hear any train horns. Housekeeping was timely, and amenities were replenished promptly. The only downside was that the elevators were quite slow due to the high volume of people.

Not sure what to say. One of the front desk staff had a bad attitude, constantly frowning. No idea what made her unhappy, hard to review. The environment was pretty good, it's an H'Elite after all. But I found a spider on the bed curtain in the room...
