It's really too bad hotel star ratings stop at 5-stars because the Ritz Carlton in Guangzhou deserves 6-stars. The room is huge, well appointed, and immaculate. They have a Nespresso machine in the room they re-supply for you twice daily. The gym is quite good (dumbbells up to 26Kg), the location is fantastic for food and activities, and the Churchill Bar is amazing! 6-stars.

We had a great staycation with Ritz Carlton guangzhou. The lounge was the best with their 5 meals and all the staff especially Mia for helping us figure out our transportation back to HK. We will definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ritz Carlton, Guangzhou. It’s a beautiful hotel and centrally located in the CBD area with easy access to nearby mall and good restaurants. We dined at Lai Heen, Chinese restaurant and absolutely enjoyed the food. Roy, the restaurant manager was very warm and hospitable, he also provided great recommendations of the house specialties.

From arrival to departure, every detail exceeded expectations—starting with our Deluxe Twin Room being upgraded to a stunning Canton Tower view suite for my birthday celebration.
The Highlights:
✔ Dreamy Bathroom & Panoramic Views – The sprawling marble bathroom with its deep soaking tub and floor-to-ceiling windows became my personal spa retreat.
The view of illuminating Canton Tower at night was beautiful 😍
✔ Culinary Excellence – The lunch buffet dazzled with gourmet selections, and the staff charmed us with a complimentary goose-liver dish

I was impressed by the excellent service for my first staying in Ritz Carlton, China
I have got taken good care once I arrived to the lobby.
All the lobby staffs had a very good service especially the nite shift lobby manager : Mr Lau who has provided an excellent service for changing room since my room has found a bad smoking smell & shower water was low.
Also, the breakfast has a great & various kinds of foods
I was very satisfied about this staying , highly recommended & would visit again
