Located very close to a huge textile market, it actually nestled in a college/university compound. About 150 meters from main road. Quiet and peaceful environment.
Room not big but it’s comfortable with just-enough amenities. Cleanliness is acceptable.
No eateries in close proximity. 24/7 Fast food (Mac Donald) 250 meters away.
Received not so helpful housekeeping services. Emphasising ‘environmental friendly’ awareness when ask for replenishment for in room amenities.
Good to stay if you’ve business to do nearby.

The location is excellent. It is just opposite Sun Yat-sen University and less than 4 kilometers away from Guangzhou Tower. It is convenient to travel by bus and subway. There are many places to eat around. The apartment is inside the school and very quiet. It is an old house converted from a guesthouse. The facilities are very old. The bathroom and shower are all old. However, the price is there, it is still very economical and affordable.

Qingyuan Apartment is in a good location, close to Sun Yat-sen University, and the campus is quiet. I basically stay here every time I come to Guangzhou, and it is convenient for travel. I used to live in the room on the left, but this time the room is on the right. The outside of the window is messy, and I dare not open the curtains. The wall of the room is moldy. It is recommended to paint the wall, level the ground outside the window, and clean it.
