There were people using the washing machine to wash clothes at the hotel between 11 and 12 o'clock in the evening. My room B210 was very close to the washing machine. It was very noisy. I basically didn't sleep well at night. The experience was really bad. Considering that it was too late, I regretted not calling the hotel staff at that time. There was no video or audio recording. After I came back from a business trip, I thought about this problem and reported it to the hotel staff. They could improve it. He actually directly denied the problem and said that the washing machine cannot be used after 11 o'clock. He also asked me why I didn't respond at the time. I was really speechless when I checked into the hotel. I scanned the QR code at the front desk to check in. There was no one at the front desk, including check-out. I also operated on my mobile phone and there was no one at the front desk. If there was someone at the front desk, I would definitely go to him in the middle of the night to check on the washing machine instead of putting up with it. Thinking too much about others is also my fault. Lesson learned
