The resort has clean and modern interior. The room is spacious with scenic mountain view from the balcony. There are different themed hot spring pools. Some pools have small private pavilion which we enjoyed the privacy. My kids love the indoor water park with slides and wave pool. I highly recommend the food in the restaurant with ala carte menu! Fine cooking with fresh ingredients. Simply delicious! The restaurant and hotel staff are friendly and professional. In addition, the resort is just a few minutes away by car to the popular site, Baishuizhai waterfall! We really had an awesome and memorable stay Skov River Resort! \(^o^)/

Facilities: Very complete Service: Both the hotel staff and the staff in the hot spring are very enthusiastic and provide good service. I met Aunt Kuang in the hot spring. This was a rather unusual stay for us. Before I begin, I have to say that it really wasn’t bad-the room was really spacious, soaking in the private hot tub is always a treat, and we were surprised by the fact that we got 2 dinners, even though the package we bought said it would be one dinner per stay. Anyways, let’s start with the fact that 90% of the hot springs are closed. That wasn’t a big deal for us, as we don’t really like public hot springs, but we just went to check it out. I feel like if I paid this amount of money expecting to have full two days of fun and relaxation in the hot springs park, and all the pools were closed, I would be super disappointed. Next thing was-our jacuzzi didn’t work. We went to the reception and reported it, and they shrugged and said “oh well, it doesn’t work”. We didn’t want to change the room over that one thing, but I felt it was really unprofessional that they didn’t even offer. The hotel is OVERCROWDED. Friday was ok, Saturday was already full to capacity, and on Sunday morning we couldn’t find a seat for breakfast in three huge dining areas. The food was average at best, but I like Chinese food, so I wasn’t disappointed that the advertised “German food” wasn’t there. Also, for a hotel of this type, where the point is soaking in the spring, enjoying and relaxing, there should be a rule for screaming, as on Saturday a family moved in just below us, and they were constantly yelling and it really affected our stay. Of course you can’t choose your neighbors, but a house rule of not screaming would be wonderful. All in all we had fun and got a good rest (the bed is soooooo comfortable!!!), but I believe it lacked many things for this price. I would call the hotel and check if the pools work or not, and make sure that everything in your room works properly.

Meet the ideal homestay and start a healing journey During this trip, I was fortunate to stay at Yaxuan Hot Spring Homestay. The experience was perfect and I must praise it. As soon as I stepped into the homestay, the room made me shine. The simple yet warm decoration style, harmonious color matching, and the orange and gray bedding are lively yet calm. The room is spacious and bright, with excellent lighting. The large floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outside scenery into the room. It is so comfortable to wake up in the sunshine and birdsong in the morning. The hot spring pool of the homestay is a highlight. The private outdoor pool is surrounded by green plants and full of natural atmosphere. Soaking in the warm spring water, the fatigue of the day is dissipated, and there are cute little yellow ducks floating on the water, adding a bit of childishness. The scenery of the park is even more beautiful. The carefully maintained garden is lush with flowers and plants, and the paths are secluded. At night, the lights are on, warm and romantic. The tent area is uniquely designed, and camping here will definitely give you a different experience. There is also a heart-shaped light group full of design, which is very photogenic. Parents with children don’t have to worry at all, as there are a lot of children’s play facilities here. There are colorful slides, swings, etc., where children can play to their heart’s content. Pet-friendly is also a plus point, and seeing cute little animals makes my heart melt. When you are tired of playing, you can have an outdoor barbecue, with fresh ingredients, and enjoy the food in the beautiful scenery, which doubles the happiness. The staff of the B&B are warm and thoughtful, and they make people feel at home from check-in to check-out. This experience at Yaxuan Hot Spring B&B satisfies all my fantasies about an ideal vacation. Whether it is leisure and relaxation, parent-child travel or couples dating, this is a great choice. I sincerely recommend it to everyone, and I believe you will fall in love with this treasure B&B like me!

Very nice hot spring hotel. We stay at Villa and the environment is nice. The hotel was 6-7 years and the maintenance is good. I definitely will come back in future.

Family members! The most surprising thing about this trip was staying in this hot spring apartment! I was amazed as soon as I entered the room. The space was so large and spacious, and the layout was warm and elegant. The best thing is the private hot spring pool, which is right in the room. You don’t have to worry about squeezing with others, it’s extremely private! The pool looks very clean and the water drains quickly. The moment you soak in, the warm spring water wraps your whole body and all the fatigue of the day disappears. Next time I come here, I will still stay here and recommend it to my friends!

I stayed in C room, which should have been renovated and relatively new. The bed sheets were clean and hygienic, the towels were clean and hygienic, and the hot spring water was hot enough to clean the bed. The waiter was warm and hospitable, and the price/performance ratio was high. The hot spring was a real hot spring with a sulfur smell. Only the bathtub was not hygienic, but I was satisfied with it in general.

Environment: A three-story villa. The hall is very spacious. There is a mahjong table, karaoke, and a barbecue grill. The hot spring pool is on the second floor. On rainy days, it is very pleasant to soak in the hot spring and look at Yuanshan Mountain. Even if you don’t go out on a rainy day, there are many entertainment programs. There are single bed rooms and double bed rooms, which are very suitable for gatherings of friends. You can stay in four or five families. I really like sitting at the tea table and making tea. Service: The store service is very good. Ms. Zhou is warm and considerate. The butler's service is attentive, meticulous and generous. She provides water guns and fire wax to the children. Traveling is like going home. The air in the mountains is very good and parking is convenient. It is just at the intersection of the villa and you can walk to the house in a few steps. Even if there is a heavy rain, there is no flooding, which does not affect your mood at all. Worth recommending

A lovely resort, family friendly! It’s quite secluded & definitely a spot to visit if that’s what you’re looking for. Staff are pretty attentive, you’ve just got to ask the questions. Not much English around so expect to translate a lot if you do not read Chinese - not complaining, just stating a fact. If I were to come again I would buy a breakfast & dinner package. The buffet dinner was 168 yuan per adult & our son being under 1.2m tall was free. There were was a Chinese Restaurant we didn’t try & you can get a high tea package for 2 in the afternoon (for 98 yuan) which we also didn’t try. Next time! Laundry service is a 3 day turn around, so pack supplies wisely…I recommend coming with more than one bathing suit! Bring your floating toys for the kids & enjoy what this place has to offer!
