"The location is good it is right next to the metro and it doesn't take long to walk into the main parts of the Jewish quarter. They were great in waiting in reception for my arrival late at night. The cleanliness isn't great, they will change the towels if you want them too but the room was not cleaned other than the bed been made. There were some dead bugs in the room for days without being cleaned during my time there. The room I was in was right next to a communal kitchenette which was clearly used to make breakfast, which was done very loudly from about 7am, with not much consideration for those sleeping."

"I will comment on some details after staying for a day. Although it is written on the order that it is not cleaned every day, the hotel will send a text message to the guests ”Do you need to clean the room and change towels?”, etc., which is very good; some room facilities are not arranged reasonably, for example: 1. The very large TV is hung at the highest point of the wall opposite the bed, less than half a meter away. Not to mention that you can't see the screen at all in other places in the room, even if you sit on the bed, you have to raise your head to the highest point to see the screen, which is tiring; 2. The bedside lamp switch is one meter away from the bed. When you get up in the middle of the night, no matter how you twist your body and stretch your arms, you can't touch the switch. It is very unreasonable and inconvenient. I hope the hotel I am satisfied with will get better and better."

"My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Centrooms. Very close to the city centre and the room / surrounding was neat.  The female receptionist we met was very accommodating and friendly. We intend to go back to the same hotel in future anytime we visit Budapest. Tnx"

"Reservé la misma mañana, sin informarme demasiado, y fue todo un acierto. El check-in resultó un poco confuso porque todo el proceso está digitalizado, por lo que no lo recomendaría para personas mayores. No me di cuenta de que las instrucciones más detalladas para acceder al alojamiento llegaban por correo electrónico; yo solo consultaba los mensajes del chat de trip.com. Tuve algunas dificultades, pero contacté por WhatsApp con el personal y lo solucionaron enseguida. La ubicación es perfecta y la habitación es tal como aparece en las fotos. Eso sí, cada vez que entraba a mi habitación me costaba un poco, no era muy fácil. Aun así, sin duda repetiría."

"Service was impeccable. Every staff member was so polite and eager to serve. I arrived late to the city and wouldn’t be able to check in till after 8:15pm and with a simple WhatsApp the receptionist waited till I arrived. The room is spacious. The shower has good pressure and hot water was quick. Towels and bed linen were clean. I learned on my second day that I could get a coffee/espresso for free from reception and did it every day thereafter. They were able to provide recommendations on food and travel and both restaurant recommendations were to die for. You must try Frici Papa in the next street from the hotel. Transport is also very convenient. It’s located close to tram and bus stops not so much metro but then again the metro is a 5-7 min walk away. Tram ahd bus are 2 mins away. If you get the travel pass you can just ride the tram to the metro. So close to terror museum and Andrassy Ave. Definitely stay here if you are like me and it’s your first trip to Budapest and you want a comfortable quiet relaxing room to rest in at the end of the day. Perfect choice"

"Very difficult to find, the address on Ctrip is wrong. Towels are changed only after I have to talk about it. I am not diligent and throw out the garbage by myself every day. The fragrance of the detergent is so strong that it is suffocating! Apart from being close to the subway, others are not satisfied"
