Opened in 2022, the Chala at Nimman is a great accommodation choice in Chiang Mai. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 3km from Chiang Mai International Airport and 11km from Chiang Mai Railway Station. Seeing Chiang Mai's sights from this hotel is easy with Museum of World Insects and Natural Wonders, Miracle Cabaret Chiang Mai and Wat Jed Yot, Phra Aram Luang all close by. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. This Chiang Mai hotel provides parking on site. According to our guests, the location of this hotel is one of the best around.

Originally set up the Le Méridien Hotel in agoda, but later inadvertently saw the recommendation on Ctrip and found that the environment looked good, the price was cheaper than the Le Méridien suite, and the three people should be very spacious and the head should be hot. After the decision, I found that there was no evaluation, and other platforms could hardly find the reservation information. At one time, I was very panicked. Trip.com could not unsubscribe. After a period of search, I finally contacted customer service on Facebook and agreed on the check-in time. After a little peace of mind.
It is agreed to check in at 12:30. When the time comes, the housekeeper is already waiting on the first floor. The service is very warm. It will show you the room and remind you that you can smoke on the first floor. The ”pool” is about three o'clock in the afternoon. The water is not deep. Adults are not easy to swim. It is OK to soak. There will be fallen leaves on the pool surface. But we didn't care too much. The second and third floors need to take off their shoes and go upstairs, but the floor will be dusty, the facilities are very complete, kitchen supplies, pots, microwave ovens, mosquito killer lights, fans, but the air conditioner is best to keep on, otherwise the sound will be very loud when you just turn on at night, overall the environment facilities are satisfactory, the location is OK, With bad Neman and G Neman next to you, you can check the evaluation of the location of these two hotels.
Talk about the only thing that feels bad: there are too many mosquitoes. I have hardly been bitten in other hotels in Chiang Mai. I have been bitten for ten bags here. The mosquito killer lights don't seem to work. The mosquito spray can also be maintained for a while. There will be a small buzz at night. It is my only nightmare here. There are occasional small ants on the ground, not many are acceptable, if four or five people choose to live here is still very happy.
Check-out is also arranged in advance when you check in. The housekeeper will bring a small gift at the agreed time and the cleaning staff. The housekeeper is very enthusiastic throughout the whole process and suddenly remembered that he forgot to leave a tip for the room.. In the future, if there are more people to play, you will choose here. If there are fewer people, you should choose a hotel with service. It is still possible to experience this kind of homestay for the first time.

This hotel is very good and has the ambience of English type place. They are very warming but the flood came and we need to transfer to another hotel on our 2nd day. They are very helpful to us and assisted us until to the next hotel we booked. They also refunded the remaining nights we didnt consume. Make sure to check the weather if you book here. all in all we love this hotel but just in lower area.

The geographical location is very advantageous, in the most prosperous area of Chiang Mai, Sifang. Thanks to the hotel for upgrading our room. The staff has a good service attitude and the environment is very quiet. It was generally clean. Half of the towels were stained after I changed them. The trash can was also stained. But it was much cleaner and cheaper than my last hotel in Chiang Mai. The water quality was also better. Next time I come, I will definitely choose Three Sisters.

A small hotel in the middle of the moat, near the airport. There is a small parking lot. On the day we checked in, the rooms were full, but luckily, our room was the only one that we could park our car in. We booked a large room that could sleep 6 people. It was a good size and not cramped. The owner was very kind. The room was not new, but it was clean. There were some marks on the walls, but it did not affect our stay. It is near Wat Phra Singh, within walking distance. There are restaurants nearby, and the owner (I think he is the owner) is very kind. I would like to deduct 1 point for cleanliness. The bathroom has an unpleasant smell, but if you close the door, you can’t smell it. It is not because the room is not clean, but I think the problem is the drainpipe. (This room should have only this problem.) If I go to Chiang Mai again, I think I will try staying at another place in the same chain. If I remember correctly, it should be called Little Bear’s Home, which is also in the moat.
The room is very good and clean. The front desk service is friendly. When I first checked in, I met a local Thai friend and took photos with him. Thai people are very friendly.

Pros: I stayed in a villa, and it was much cleaner, wider, and better than the photos online.
There was one bedroom with a double bed on the first floor, two large beds on the second floor, and the bathroom and living room were also spacious, so it was really comfortable.
I thought there was no luggage storage, but it was possible, so I was able to leave my carrier on the last day and go, which was nice.
Cons: It was inconvenient that there was a convenience store right next door, so I had to walk a bit. (There are 3 convenience stores within 5-6 minutes)

The homestay is very comfortable. The girl is very serious and polite. She always greets you before sending you things. We can communicate in English.
The hotel is Lanna style. The triple room is on the first floor. There is a bedroom and a living room. There is a refrigerator and a microwave. There are latches in the doors and windows of the room, which is very safe. The window faces the small street, but it is not noisy. The instant water heater has low power. The water is hot enough when the water is turned down. There is no problem with taking a shower.
The homestay is less than 10 minutes' walk from Chiang Mai Gate. Many white people come to stay. They probably think it is very worthwhile like us. We stayed for two more nights and only booked a double bed room. It is also very beautiful. I will make a review for the next order.

A large room was available, so even though I was traveling alone, I was shown to a fairly spacious room.
The staff at the establishment were all kind, polite, and provided pleasant service. Although I only stayed overnight, I was given a banana and coffee in the morning, which made for a very heartwarming trip.

A very unique hotel, interesting interior and a surprisingly big room with a lovely balcony. Awkward location in Suthep, a newly developed area with near some very famous restaurant. Terrible road conditions around, almost impossible to walk around in rainy season. Despite so, certainly good for budget traveling. You pay what you get.

LLinlinlinThe location of the apartment is very good, a very warm apartment, let tourists find the feeling of home, free self-service, homemade kitchenette, especially suitable for Chinese, there is also a large Chinese kitchen, you can make your own favorite food, the boss is very good, the first time to Chiang Mai because I did not adapt to the high temperature weather in Thailand, I had heatstroke, and the boss helped buy medicine, but he recovered soon!

JJING1. Ctrip's description of the room is inaccurate. This is a family room with four beds. Since Ctrip wrote for 2 people, I applied for an extra bed, but after entering the room, I made it clear with the landlord and I quickly cancelled The bed is not charged.
2. Very good location, the hotel is quiet, just a few steps away is delicious and there is a small market, even after moving away, I still ran back to eat and drink.
High cost performance!

Ssway kuoThe location is good, very close to the Old Town and Nimman. Turning 2 alleys out is a busy street. The hotel is very quiet in the alley, and the surrounding shops and stalls are so delicious and cheap!
The cleanliness of the hotel can be improved. There is a lot of dust on the floor and curtains in the room. The water pipe in the bathroom sink was loose during the stay. It was dealt with immediately after the incident. There are fresh fruits, boiled eggs and instant coffee on the first floor every day for you to pick up. There are bicycles to borrow. The boss is kind and enthusiastic. The old man is very happy to have an elevator 😅
LLydia Li YueThe hotel is in a small alley, relatively quiet, and very close to the ancient city. I stayed in a twin room on the first night. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the shower at night. The double bed room we stayed in the next day had hot water, which was much more comfortable. The ICE at the front desk was very friendly and helped us carry our luggage upstairs. The environment in the yard is very good and the layout is beautiful. There are thoughtful cloth slippers, disposable shower caps, and clothes drying racks in the room, which are very convenient. There are two other small yards in the back for breakfast and swimming.
DDr. WechI stayed at The Connect Chiang Mai hotel for one night and was quite impressed with what they offer in this price range. The room was spacious and came with all the necessary amenities. I particularly liked the minimalist design of the bathroom. However, I would suggest adding a soap dispenser and hand towels at the sink for convenience when washing and drying hands.
One major advantage of this hotel is the ample parking space available inside the property. Additionally, the coffee shop located under the hotel serves good coffee, which was a nice touch.
This hotel is ideal for travelers with a vehicle as it’s conveniently located near food options, grocery stores, convenience stores, and the airport.
A small note of caution: the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so it’s best to avoid bringing large luggage. Since it’s a three-story building, be prepared to walk up and down the stairs.
Overall, The Connect Chiang Mai is a good option for budget-conscious travelers who value convenience and comfort.

GGuest UserThe staff is friendly, and the location is close to the markets. However, it is situated in a residential area where the streets are empty early in the evening. We experienced an attempted robbery one night and had to navigate through various dark alleyways to reach the hotel. Additionally, there was no one at the reception (which closes at midnight). We were followed to the hotel and felt unsafe the entire night due to the lack of a 24/7 reception; anyone could follow you inside. For women traveling alone or in pairs who plan to return to the hotel after midnight, I do not recommend staying here. Alternatively, take a taxi from your destination to the hotel but avoid walking alone or in pairs through the narrow streets at night.

RR.E.D.Great location, in a quiet and silent street, well connected to the main arteries of the old city. The girls on the staff are good and kind, the cleaning is good. The room is less: the sink is blocked, ok, the shower that doesn't work very well, ok, but the problem of mice and pigeons in the attic that made noise all night is from the morning to 5.30. I asked if the problem could be solved, in response I was reimbursed for one night, but put on the doorstep, with the city full for the festival and without being able to go anywhere. Honestly, I didn't understand the ”not wanting to solve the problem”. Other solutions could have been found. So I, the owner, wasn't as kind as his girls on the staff. Noisy room aside, the value for money is good.
