The hotel is nice but our room had a terrible sewerage smell and they did not give us the room we had originally booked and paid for.

Beautiful location, great staff and good rooms but at the night, everyday of the week there’s a nightclub few floors under and you just can’t avoid hearing it on the 5th floor. They gave us room on 7th floor to avoid it but there was still some noise heard. Overall great place if you don’t care about your walls shaking because of the music

Wow, what a view from our bedroom who ch was extremely spacious. Friendly staff who used translation apps to make sure we had everything we needed. A Chinese breakfast which I thoroughly enjoyed. The only downside was the fact that smoking was allowed in the reception area.

The place was very clean, they serve a good breakfast, staff is friendly and try their best with understanding foreigners.
The location is perfect if you intend to visit old town and experience the 2 rivers and 4 lakes cruise tour.

Nice hotel, close to the toeristic part of Guilin. The staff of the hotel is very friendly. Really recommend choosing a room with view of the river, the views of the river are beautiful and the rooms have big windows! There is also a spa on a different floor of the building. Breakfast is good with a lot of options (also more western style breakfast). Only down part is a bit of noise in the evening, sounds like music. We don’t know exactly what is was, but are thinking maybe the music of the music restaurant at the top floor.

My family and I had a pretty good stay here for a few days. The room is visually nice but not so practical as there was nowhere to place your clothes- no storage at all, just the little area to hang your towels and place your shoes beside the sink. The room was clean and the staff provided very good service and it was a bonus that one of them spoke some English. The hotel is centrally located and just a few minutes walk to all the shopping and restaurants. However, at first, it was confusing, looking for parking as it’s not clear where to park and the name of the hotel is Las Islas so we couldn’t find it. Nowhere does it say Oasis Hotel. Overall, the staff was accommodating and helped to sort out the free parking in the garage.
