I never review hotels, but I can't help but complain. It's all my fault for not doing any research before coming here. If you don't get on the train at Guilin Station, avoid hotels here. They're all old, run-down, and need renovations. This hotel seems to have been renovated, and the environment is okay. 1. I always specify I don't want a corner room when booking hotels, but I was given a corner room. When I asked to change, the front desk staff said all rooms were corner rooms. Fortunately, the room next to mine was empty and open, and it was exactly the same type. I asked for a long time before they changed me. Thankfully, they were very friendly and gave me the room card. But it was clearly a deception. If I hadn't seen it, would I have stayed in a corner room? 2. There were small bugs flying around in the room, which is understandable. Overall cleanliness was okay. The bathroom was nice and spacious, but the room wasn't big and there was no table. We ate on benches... 3. Light sleepers should avoid this place. There's a garbage dump and an intersection right downstairs. My mom said she couldn't sleep all night. It was incredibly noisy. If you want an alarm that goes off before the roosters crow, this is the place to stay. All in all, the price is completely off. For 150 yuan during the week during the off-season, any B&B in Guilin would be better. If it were cheaper, I wouldn't complain at all. I'm saying it's not worth it. Take this for your reference.
