We couldn’t recommend this hotel more. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a perfect mix of set dishes and buffet options. Our room was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches. The hotel is also perfectly located right along the walkway to the Sun and Moon Towers by the water. We would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel is beautifully designed in a dark wood/tropical aesthetic, which is minimalist, elegant, and stylish. The location is excellent being right next to one of the old city gates. It's quiet but close to lots of shops and restaurants. The rooms are spotless and comfortable.
Special thanks to the staff who were thoughtful and kind - getting some herbal teas remedies to us when we had a couple of cases of food poisoning (*not* from the hotel). Breakfast was great, I wished I had had a better appetite.
Definitely recommended. We would absolutely stay here again if we are in Guilin.

A beautifully decorated hotel with staff who are beyond helpful. They organized a massage and sent recommendations on WeChat, speaking fluent English. The hotel is quiet and couldn't be closer to the center of Guilin, a super location. The breakfast is also fantastic!

It’s a new hotel that is very tastefully designed in natural and neutral tones. The lighting is very well done. Location is on a quiet street, but right in front of the city gate so you can easily stroll along the lake towards the sun and mood pagodas. Breakfast was a Japanese-style set but with local dishes

Location is just next to Rong Lake. Good for an early morning walk. Just a 10 mins walk along the scenic river view with a nice and clean garden to see the Twin Pagodas and another 5mins to the Elephant Trunk Hill. I absolutely love the interior of the Rong Unique Hotel. It gave me a sense of peace and quiet. Tastefully done, blending tradition and modernity. Service from the staff was excellent. Breakfast set was traditional Guilin specialties.
