我們住12樓。瀑上酒店與大瀑布酒店是在同一大樓亦屬同一集團，衹是將大樓部分高層重新裝修提升檔次。頂層酒廊景觀優美看到遠山及整個桂林市區。房間看到日月雙塔景色優美。早餐亦不錯。衹是停車位及充電樁有些緊張，有時需要與前台協調。

説實話感覺性價比一般，主要是湖邊唱歌的真的很吵，又不好聽，又唱到很晚。。第一天一直感覺屋裡有之前殘留的三手煙味，第二天好多了。
但是這家酒店早餐餐廳那位女士，應該是經理或者領班吧，會説英語的，情商超高！她非常善於觀察，能很快營造出一個讓所有人都愉快的氣場，讓人非常佩服。我覺得她一定會在服務業有所成就的！
前台服務人員也不錯。

想看象鼻山的1127視角象鼻子剛好被樹擋住，看上去就是一座普通的山了，早餐很一般，沒有太多選擇，中規中矩，食材不太新鮮比如蝦，大堂房間的味道很好聞，淋浴水壓一般，地理位置挺方便的。

非常非常好的一次體驗，首先酒店的地理位置實在是太棒了，挨着步行街，對面是日月雙塔，步行去象鼻山 3 號入口和日月碼頭 5 分鐘左右的路程，其次前台小姐姐非常 nice，辦理完入住將我們送到房間還幫拿行李還給我們説了當地的美食應該去哪，房間衞生也沒什麼好挑剔的，乾淨，好有頂樓觀星閣看整個城市和兩江四湖的夜景，臨走還送了小禮物，總之來桂林市閉眼選就對了，不會踩雷，對了，早餐還算豐富，味道也都不錯

酒店的地理位置是一絕，桂林市區的景點基本可以步行到達。靠着步行街吃的那是相當的多。但是不足的是酒店沒有對應管家也沒有伴手禮，還挺跌份的。
