帶小朋友在桂林住宿的酒店，小巧精緻，服務熱情周到，旁邊就是伏波山公園，6樓的觀景餐廳景色真的一絕，尤其要贊一下酒店的早餐，服務真的太貼心，工作人員會隨時結果你手裡有餐品送到座位上，品種也很豐富，每次進酒店工作人員都會熱情地打招呼，真的感到賓至如歸，另外，體驗了酒店的旅拍，拍出的照片效果我也很滿意，一家值得推薦的酒店。

我們是從攜程預訂的房間，到店之後才發現自己定的是城景房。預訂的時候沒有注意，升級換成了江景房，視線很好一線江景，酒店的6樓餐廳風景絕佳，早餐也很可口。房間乾淨整潔，設施設備也很到位，有智能馬桶掛燙機，管家服務貼心幫我們購買了去陽朔的船票，果斷續住了一晚，今天飛機離開前台還細心為我們介紹了機場大巴的停靠點.

這次和家人一起出來旅行，在桂林眾多酒店中選擇了灕江院子，實際入住後證明沒有選錯，位置一絕在灕江邊上，房間一線江景一覽無餘、訂了四個房間但是到店後發現人數比較多需要加床，前台工作人員立即幫更換一個比較寬敞的房間解決了這個問題，設施設備也非常齊全，房間有智能馬桶和浴缸，衞生乾淨，體驗了spa很舒服，早餐品種多樣化，會每天輪換品種，結合了桂林特色桂林米粉和油茶，值得一試。在酒店遇到的每一位工作人員都笑臉相迎，很親切，下次有機會一定再來！

先説優點：交通方便！！酒店離各個景點都不遠，去日月雙塔、象鼻山、東西巷、正陽步行街2-3km，走路去疊彩山500米（強烈推薦一定要在天氣好的時候上疊彩山）！！對面還有燒烤吃！！
環境：景色還可以吧，但是很吃天氣，陰天的時候不怎麼出片。坐在一樓大廳發呆還挺不錯的
衞生：挺乾淨的，精緻的舒適型酒店
早餐還可以，⭐⭐⭐⭐吧，有一些特色
在説不好的，現在這個淡季酒店價格也不便宜，最便宜的大床房房間有點小，美中不足吧

服務很棒，很多服務細節都很滿意餐飲和衞生也很棒。尤其是餐廳，本生就是美景餐廳，口味也很好。衹是酒店的硬件（我預訂的800+的房間，馬桶窗簾不是智能的，洗漱台比較窄容易濺水，使用的隔斷玻璃的設計感覺比較民宿風，然後窗外沒有景觀）感覺跟價格不是特別匹配，但是整體入住還是舒服的，畢竟房間很寬敞，然後洗漱用品整體使用還是安逸
