KKristel JaneCan't describe just how incredible the service is in this place. Probably the first and only review I will leave without being asked to do so, just because this hotel needs to be recognized for the heart and soul that has gone into the way they treat their guests.
After staying here, I am convinced that the less than 5 star reviews you will read here are most likely from people who are not happy with life in general.
Kitty and her team has gone above and beyond with what you would expect from a hotel. Highest quality construction of the building (Kohler, toto, luxury linens and beddings), and very detailed information of things to do around the area as well as best places to eat (local!) and other recommendations.
I was lent a hiking bag, a 20rmb note for photos without being asked, and I had to send an item for delivery while I was away, no problem. Fresh fruits all day, red bean dessert at night, tea set for your hike if you want, and I'm convinced anything else you need, they will accommodate (within reason, of course).
Dont expect a large city 5 star hotel amenities (pool, large building, etc) because you're in the wrong place--this hotel is more than that. It rivals the kind of service that I have experienced from four seasons, St regis, park hyatt, etc that I have stayed in... But even better because it is so so so personalized, and not because you've paid so much for it. Kitty and her team give it because they love what they do.
I wish this place will continue to succeed and set the standard for Chinese hospitality and efficiency at its best. Thank you for making my first time back to China in 16 years and incredible memory. You deserve 1000 stars ❤️⭐✨

AAnonymous UserI was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the beautiful Liujiang Two Rivers and Four Lakes Scenic Area, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the local sights.
The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options. The staff were kind and professional throughout my stay. I would like to extend special thanks to the manager, Mr. Luo Yang, for his outstanding support and assistance, he truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and smooth.
Overall, my experience was positive, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.
One small suggestion: if you’re looking for a good view of the river, I recommend to book a room on the higher floors, 5th or 6th floor.

YYoussefOur stay at ”Percent Hotel” in Yangshuo was nothing short of ”exceptional”. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the impeccable service, delicious food, friendly staff, and unbeatable location. Everything was just perfect.
”Service”: The hospitality here is ”top-notch”. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, offering personalized recommendations for tours, bike rentals, and even helping with transportation. Their attention to detail and warm smiles made me feel truly welcome.
”Food”: The on-site restaurant served some of the best meals I had in Yangshuo. They have both Western and Chinese options.
”Staff”: The team at Percent Hotel is incredibly kind and professional. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant servers, everyone was attentive, polite, and genuinely caring.
”Location”: The hotel is perfectly situated. It's close enough to the lively West Street for convenience, yet tucked away in a peaceful spot with stunning views of the karst mountains. It was the ideal balance between accessibility and tranquility.
If you’re visiting Yangshuo, Percent Hotel is a must-stay. I can’t wait to return. 10/10 experience!👏

KKenny.PangWe stayed at Four Seasons Fairyland in Yangshuo and overall had a pleasant experience.
Initially, we were checked into a room that wasn’t quite ready — it had an unpleasant smell and didn’t meet cleanliness expectations. However, the hotel handled it very well and upgraded us to a much larger, more comfortable room. The upgrade was a nice gesture, and the room we eventually stayed in was spacious, quiet, and great to come back to after a full day out.
The daily breakfast was decent — while the menu doesn’t change much, the variety was fair, and we never left hungry. Waking up to views of the iconic karst mountains of Yangshuo each morning was truly special and made the stay feel grounded in the natural charm of the area.
Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently near many key attractions, which made getting around and exploring the area quite easy. One big plus: the staff went above and beyond for us when we had multiple packages arriving from Taobao — helping us coordinate deliveries and pick-ups smoothly. That extra support was really appreciated and speaks to their thoughtful service.
A minor downside: the TV in the room didn’t work initially and took a bit of troubleshooting on our own to figure out a fix.
The only real disappointment was with the in-house photography experience. While the photographer was skilled and we enjoyed the complimentary 3-photo package, the editor’s attitude left a bad impression. She was impatient and didn’t give us space to decide which photos we wanted to keep or buy. I’d suggest just enjoying the 3 free photos and skipping the upsell unless you really want more.
Overall, a solid stay in Yangshuo with great service, beautiful views, and thoughtful touches — just a few things to note depending on what you value during your trip.

KKeanI highly recommend this hotel to any tourists. Staff were very polite and helpful, from the team at the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping. Through wechat, they helped us answer any queries that we had. They were proficient in english, and gave us many recommendations as well. Booking the attractions through the hotel would be cheaper than booking at the ticket counters. The room was clean as well, with a clever touch of modern and traditional feel. Overall, the service was indeed amazing, and the resort it self was an attraction in yangshuo, given the many free activities available and impeccable views just infront of the hotel. I will stay here again if I were to visit yangshuo in the future :)

The hotel is nicely renovated, and have nice view from rooftop deck.

AArka BiswasPerhaps one of the best hotels you can find in all of Yangshuo and Guilin combined.
Location – the hotel is located 5 min from the Yangshuo city and yet in a more peaceful quiet rural setting. Its 5 min from the scenic area of the Yulong rivers as well. Lots of parking spaces if required.
Services – the services by the staff can be compared to a 5 star hotel standards. When arriving we were greeted well and were given options of rooms to choose from with free upgrades with beautiful view .See picture below. The front desk lady was superb with information in and around Yangshuo , bought tickets for us for several venues . Even borrowed us her own private scooter to drive around the scenic area. Breakfast was delicious and the cook was very generous.
Hotel- the hotel is quite well designed , although its small but the color pallet is quite soothing. Well furnished and the bed was really comfortable and clean. Slept really well throughout the night.
Overall , it’s a great deal considering the price and services and recommend it.

RRayThe Riverview is a fantastic hotel to stay in Yangshuo!
Located very close to Longtoushan wharf, it's very easy to get to if you come to Yangshuo via the cruise.
The staff are very helpful, they gave me all the resources I needed during my stay, and were able to be contacted at any point via WeChat.
The room was lovely, a comfortable bed and a fantastic view from the balcony!
I'd definitely recommend the Riverview to anyone staying in Yangshuo.
