TTianlanshuiqingshulvThe location is great! Right outside, you can enjoy night tours and the Gongnong Bridge. You can take a taxi to Jima Pier to take a bamboo raft. After getting off the raft, it's about a 10-minute walk to the hotel. I don't recommend taking the electric shuttle to Jima Pier for the bamboo raft, as you'd have to take another shuttle back to the pier, which is inconvenient. Getting to West Street is also just a taxi ride away, usually around 17 RMB. For food, I suggest trying rice noodles or just grabbing something from the snack stalls on West Street – they're cheap and the taste is decent. The beer fish and beer duck are pretty average, worth trying at most once. On rainy days, I didn't feel like visiting many attractions. My main enjoyment was the bamboo raft ride; the scenery was beautiful.

The service was thoughtful and attentive, with careful attention to every detail. It's truly an excellent choice for a trip to Yangshuo!

GGuest UserWe arrived by boat from Guilin, so we chose this hotel because it's just a 10-minute walk from the pier. The hotel's facilities are great, and both the Western and Chinese restaurants serve delicious food. The rooftop view is lovely, and you can even see the Li River from the third-floor rooms. They have everything you could need, including washing machines, dryers, and even a shoe washer. But the best part was the incredible service: they folded our dry clothes after we went out, reheated our takeout, and even mailed forgotten children's items to our next hotel after we checked out. It was a very satisfying experience!

During the day, it's super convenient to rent an e-bike and visit all the attractions. The industrial-style lobby with its spiral staircase makes for amazing, high-end photo ops. The room facilities are complete, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer direct views of West Street. Seriously, if you're coming to Yangshuo, don't even stress about where to stay! You can relax and enjoy the scenery from your room, and also walk everywhere for food and shopping. The value for money here is off the charts! It's definitely on my list for a second visit!

MM513647****Right next to Elephant Trunk Hill, you can enter the park without a reservation, which is super convenient. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff's service attitude was absolutely amazing; they answered every question and even helped carry our luggage to the room. We got 50% off breakfast vouchers and a free fridge magnet. It was an economical stay with five-star service. Excellent value for money!!!

The location was amazing, so close to the river and excursions.
We were treated like family at the attached restaurant, the food was delicious and generous.

GGuest UserI originally thought that since I was traveling with a friend, we could just book any place to make do. But wow! I absolutely have to give this hotel a great review. The value for money is incredibly high. During the off-season, they upgraded my friend and me to a better room. The customer service was also excellent; any questions we had were answered patiently by the staff. The hotel's location is also very convenient. The first time we went out, we didn't quite figure out the way to West Street, haha, we walked back and forth a couple of times, but it's really close. Plus, right down from the hotel entrance, there are many bars, and most of the smaller bars are in that area. I mean, who else's drinking DNA just got activated? 😂 There's also a rooftop terrace where you can watch the sunset, which is great if you have the time to sit and relax.

Cross the square, and you're at Fir Lake, part of the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area. Elephant Trunk Hill is also within walking distance, so the location is absolutely fantastic. However, compared to Holiday Inn Express hotels in larger cities, this one in Guilin, a smaller city, falls a bit short.

**Facilities:** The hotel's interior furnishings are a bit dated, but it provides all the essentials. Though it's not a high-rise, each floor seems to have a good number of rooms (judging by room numbers, roughly 70+). There's only one elevator, located to the left of the lobby. The air conditioning is strong, and the shower water pressure is good.
**Service:** Room and cleaning services were excellent, friendly and enthusiastic! However, some individual staff members at the front desk, particularly during the afternoon to evening shift, had a rather poor and dismissive attitude, speaking with a tone that felt more assertive than polite towards guests.
**Transportation:** It's very convenient to reach Dongxi Alley, Xiaoyao Tower, Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas, and Elephant Trunk Hill. Getting around on an electric scooter makes accessing all these places even easier.
**Sun Protection:** It's even hotter here than in Guangdong, so make sure to take precautions against heatstroke! Most people tend to stay indoors during the day and venture out in the evening.
