GGuest UserI stayed at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Glasgow and had a lovely experience overall. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained. The room itself was a little on the smaller side, but honestly perfect for two people - comfortable, cosy, and with everything we needed. We had two beds which were really comfortable, and the room included some nice touches like a coffee machine, plenty of towels, and good quality toiletries.
The location was also great - close to the city centre, easy to get around, and quiet enough at night for a good sleep. Everything felt safe and well looked after.
The only slight downside was that the service could be a bit slow at times. For example, when calling reception for something, it sometimes took quite a while for them to respond or bring what we asked for. It wasn’t a big issue, but something to be aware of if you’re in a hurry.
Aside from that, everything else was fantastic. The staff were friendly and polite, the hotel had great amenities, and the atmosphere felt relaxing and welcoming. Overall, it’s a great place to stay - clean, comfortable, and convenient. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

BBracewell99My partner and I had a really enjoyable stay at the Glasgow Argyle Hotel, BW Signature Collection. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to help, which immediately made us feel comfortable.
The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. We appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel relaxing and easy, especially after a day exploring the city.
The hotel’s location was ideal for us — close enough to the city centre to walk or get public transport easily, but quiet enough to feel peaceful in the evenings. The leisure facilities were also a great bonus and added to the overall experience.
Overall, it was a great choice for a couple’s stay in Glasgow. We felt well looked after and would happily stay here again or recommend it to others visiting the city.

GGuest UserBreakfast was meant to finish at 10.30. Went down at 10.05 and stood in a large queue till 10.30 only to be told there was nothing left. Couldn’t even have toast as there was a Massive queue. Orange juice tasted like water. No tables were cleared. Had paid for breakfast for 4 people. Absolute disgrace terrible. Ended up having to go elsewhere

AAmazingSurpriseStayed at the Courtyard by Marriott near the SEC/Ovo Hydro for a gig and it was ideal. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable — exactly what you want after a late night. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice, and we had food at the bar in the evening which was also spot on. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is perfect if you're going to a show at the Hydro or Armadillo — it's basically a 5-minute walk so no hassle getting back after the event. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in Glasgow for a concert.

Great for OMO and SEC and easy for the train to the city centre if you don’t want the walk.
Didn’t have food this time but it was great last time. Can book for breakfast before 12 midnight to get for £12 ( instead of £15).
Staff friendly.
Room was great even though shower room was tiny, room for one. (but how much room do you need 😄?)

HHighlandTravelGirlFor the first time ever I phoned reception to complain about the noise. There was a function going on downstairs that was so obnoxious. When I called reception the guy who answered just sighed, told me that he'd had several complaints and the music would continue until 12.45...
The corridor was SO noisy. All the doors are set to slam closed. And slam they do....
I was travelling with my 10 year old daughter. We both had a terrible night's sleep.
Staff didn't ask how my stay was or how I'd slept when checking out. As a frequent traveller I think that's the first time this has happened. Probably just as well as I'd have told them....
The room was clean but there was no shampoo in the container in the bathroom. Very basic.
Saving grace was the swimming pool. Especially with a 10 year old. We were allowed to swim in the morning which really cheered her up.
