GGuest UserBooked the hotel as we had an early flight the next morning. Free shuttle bus to airport T1 from 5am onwards in 20 mins intervals. There’s a ****** for the adults and a kids playground with lots of toys for toddlers. Not a lot of food options, had the Italian food near paradise art, the cheese risotto was great but the pork cutlet was very dry. The pho at the food court was good too.

XXiaofengGEasy access from ICN T1: From Arrivals Hall (1st floor), exit via Gate 3, cross the pedestrian crosswalk directly outside, look for the bus stop labeled 3C on the left hand side, there is a Hyatt shuttle stop sign. The service is from 5:35am to 22:05pm, every 30 minutes. Hotel room is clean and spacious, 24 hour room service high quality & good variety meals which is to be ordered online (by scanning a barcode) at affordable prices. It was an enjoyable stay!

AAnonymous UserHuge thanks to the front desk lady for upgrading me to the Hwiyoung Suite! The room was spacious and comfortable, and kept very clean. The location is absolutely perfect – it's just a three-minute walk to Inspire Arena. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town for a concert.

MmelissamThis is a very clean and tidy budget hotel. There's no free airport pick-up service, but it's easy to get an Uber or a taxi to the hotel. They do offer free airport drop-off, but only at four times, all in the morning, with the last one at 9 AM. If your flight is in the afternoon or evening, you'll need to arrange your own transport to the airport. The room was extremely neat, and the toiletries were well-arranged. They provided bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, and body wash, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. The hotel is surrounded by a small commercial area with plenty of dining options. Free breakfast is available, but the selection is limited, offering only soup, rice, instant noodles, and bread. However, the breakfast area is spacious and comfortable. I forgot to bring a power adapter, and the front desk kindly provided a free universal adapter, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated! Overall, it's a decent budget accommodation with good value for money.

GGuest UserSolid hotel with great harbor views. Convenient location if you arrive in Incheon by ship and close to Incheon Station as well. 711 and a bus stop right outside definitely a big plus.
Early check in was possible in my case (for an extra fee of 11,000 KRW per hour).
Seoul proper is quite far but perfect location to stay in Incheon for a while.

GGuest UserI had a really pleasant stay overall. My flight arrived much earlier than the standard check-in time, but after reaching out to the hotel, they kindly allowed me to check in early for a small fee (10,000 won per hour), which I really appreciated after a long trip.
The room itself was very nice and cozy, and everything was spotless. One thing I especially loved was how quickly the hot water worked—it was instant and consistently great. Housekeeping did an excellent job as well. They were respectful of our personal belongings, which made me feel safe and comfortable, and they regularly took out the trash, replenished bath mats, and provided fresh water bottles.
The location was also very convenient. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, bus stations within easy reach, and even a convenience store right in the lobby, which made everything super accessible.
As for the downsides, the beds were a bit on the firm side, though it wasn’t a big issue for me since I spent most of my time out exploring. I did notice that there were no bath towels provided—only bath mats—and basic toiletries like a toothbrush and toothpaste were not included.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back for the cleanliness, convenience, and thoughtful service. However, I would not recommend staying here if you’re planning to focus your activities in Seoul, as the location may not be the most convenient for that.

GGuest UserI arrived in South Korea and it was a little difficult to find the lift and entrance. Upon check-in i realize aircon was not working during winter and spring. You have to open the window. Rooms was very comfortable, warm showers. They even have a small kitchenette, fridge and microwave in the rooms. I would say its quite a good stop over location if you are travelling for work. I went Lotte to shop, and bought lots of snacks. There's also Daiso in a small corner. I liked the supermarket very much! Some facial products on level 1.
Ask the reception which lift leads to which hotel, as 2 hotel brands share the same reception but the cards service separate hotel lift rooms. Big lobby area, which was good, I re-packed my luggage before leaving for the airport! Overall, I am glad I found this hotel. I had a good rest before continuing my journey back to Singapore!

MmailycClean hotel and quiet. Can't say much more though because we arrived super late and have to leave early in the morning for the airport.
Did the check in , and got a sarcastic comment from the receptionist because we arrived at 1am . After getting in the room , we wanted to ask the receptionist to book a taxi for us , and where was the remote for the AC , but he was not at the reception, and didnt pick up the phone either....
Didn't have the shuttle bus both ways.
So had to take public transport , which is not very convenient. Had to walk 20/25min after the bus stop with all the luggage. However in the morning it was easy to book an Uber.
