Amazing
SSoulBattleThe hotel's interior and rooms were spotless, but the pool wasn't quite as pristine as I've experienced elsewhere, like Crystal Sands. What really surprised me, though, was that I always travel with my own filtered shower head, and this is the first hotel in Southeast Asia where the filter remained completely clean and unchanged! The hotel's location is fantastic. The restaurant opens right onto White Beach, and this particular stretch has very little green algae. You can walk quite a way into the sea before encountering any, so the photos were all taken right outside the hotel. Staying here, there's no need to visit Puka Beach or venture out for island hopping. While it's a bit of a distance from the main dining areas on the island, transportation is super affordable; a trike ride is only 15-20 pesos per person, which is a steal. Plus, if you walk about 300 meters southeast from the hotel's roadside entrance, there's an amazing barbecue restaurant that's also very reasonably priced. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, I unfortunately experienced some blatant discrimination during dinner at the hotel. One particular staff member was incredibly deferential towards white guests. When we sat down and tried to get his attention, he indicated he needed to serve the white table first. Later, when we were ready to pay, another white table called him over, and he immediately left us waiting to finish serving them before returning to process our bill. There were no 'sorry's, no 'hello's, no basic courtesies whatsoever. I want to clarify that we are always polite guests; we tipped the luggage handlers, housekeeping, and massage ladies, so we're not ones to nitpick. This particular staff member wore a different uniform than the others – black – so I'm not sure if he was a supervisor or something else. From check-in to check-out, all the other staff were incredibly friendly, and we reciprocated, but he was the sole exception.

AAnonymous UserI keep on coming back to this hotel whenever I am in Aklan and still gets amazed with the coordinated work of the employees and how they exceeded my expectations. Coast’s best assets are not just the location, timely airport transfer, their Filipino breakfast buffet, but most of all—-its employees. Thank you to Zel, Mercy, the concierge, Vea, Bryan/drivers, the guys who helped take care of us while on the beach, and I forgot the other names but— to everyone who made our stay really pleasantly memorable, thank you!

GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool). We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service. If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive. The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.

RRyanYiVery professional from the moment I asked from reservations team Shyla, she really answered all our questions and inquiries. Detailed information about the airport transfer service which made it easier for us to decide.  Everyone is proactively attentive with genuine smiles from their faces which made our stay more meaningful.  The hotel is beautiful we booked the suite room and stayed at rm316. Although I want to experience the Suite w plunge pool unfortunately unavailable when I did the booking. Great massages, can also order food by the pool, love the Carbonara and soft to chew calamari.  They also have a beautiful gym with the view of the Lagoon Pool. Walking to the beach is around 5-8min. Most of the time we will ride their tricycle to D mall. Php 100 for private or Php20 if joiners.  If you’re a traveler who likes to walk a lot. This Henann Lagoon is a perfect choice for you.  Overall I love my unforgettable experience. I will surely comeback again.  Ryan

GGuest UserAmazing service from F&B staff, housekeeping and lifeguard at the pool. My 1 yr old enjoyed the amenities as there are a lot options to play with The complimentary access to Brighbuds Play Club is a nice gesture. They have a beautiful swimming pool The amenities are clean Housekeeping is quick to attend to our needs Breakfast options could be improved, especially like us who stayed for 7 days, we were looking for variety of food choices. Add more fruits. Replace the fish fillet dishes with dried fish perhaps.

한송이 SONG YIPros: - Cozy bedding, clean room conditions, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Cons/Areas for improvement: - A foul odor came up from the bathroom drain. - A centipede-like insect, about the length of a finger, emerged from the bathroom and disappeared under the bed, causing me to lose sleep all night. I felt uneasy because I couldn't find where it had hidden. - Although there's a shuttle service, it only runs once every two hours, which is a bit inconvenient for the number of guests. - And finally, the water quality *definitely* needs improvement. I brought a shower filter with me, and it started turning yellow after just two showers on the first day. By the evening of the second day (out of a 3-night stay), the filter was completely dirty. The picture makes it look brighter, but it was even dirtier than that. If these issues are addressed, I would definitely consider staying here again. The bed, seriously, was exceptionally good – I slept like a baby (except for that scary bug on the first night).

TTotti_MThis hotel is currently running in soft opening mode as the rooftop area is currently under construction to provide a rooftop bar and an increased gym area. I stayed in one of the suites and had a wonderful time at Mandarin Bay right at the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the transportation service offered at a reasonable price is worth it.

GGuest UserOur stay at the Savoy Hotel was amazing. We had a lot of fun by the pool, at the gym, or playing ping pong. We also got a massage at the Lila spa that we really enjoyed. Our room was comfortable, clean, there was a balcony. Our towels were changed every day, garbage was picked up, sheets were changed every other day. The staff were great, polite, attentive, helpful. They deserve a lot of praise, especially the shuttle bus driver, Chris, who really made our trip even better providing a lot of information about the island and the Philippine tradition. The food was tasty. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of food. The Newcoast beach is a walking distance from the hotel, and the famous Keyhole is nearby that beach. The dmall and white beach area are just 20 mins away by free shuttle bus. Thank you, Savoy, for such a wonderful experience! 🤗

LLira FortzThe hotel it self is gorgeous with the amount I’ve paid, it exceeds my expectations. Staff are very nice & helpful. From reception, concierge, kitchen staff and cleaners they are all lovely. They prepare cakes in my room upon check in. Twas an amazing act of hospitality. Rooms was huge, so comfortable. Complete toiletries. Breakfast was amazing, different everyday. Thanx to Akky who offered me Toyo 🫶 was able to eat Toyo with champorado. The afternoon tea was free and it was so delicious. Pool was huge but the best part was early morning dip at the beach. 🤩 also, I lost my phone and the reception help me always to connect with the police. And was able to retrieve my phone from the help of the staff as well. No complain but a highly appreciation to the staff & i highly recommended this hotel. 🫶

GGuest UserThank you for making our first trip to Boracay truly memorable, especially for my senior father. We loved the room, amenities, food, pool, and overall service. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The place was spotless, with daily room cleaning, and the beachfront location was perfect. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks upon our arrival. Most of all, thank you for granting our special request for my father’s 70th birthday — it meant a lot to us. We’ll definitely be coming back next year. Again, thank you so much!
