The rooms are clean and spacious, with separate bathrooms and toilets. All amenities are provided. There's ample parking with security staff. There's also a swimming pool, and during my stay, they even had a foam party. The breakfast is a standard hotel buffet with a good variety of choices and delicious food. The staff are friendly and cheerful, offering great service. The hotel is conveniently located not far from Ao Nang Beach, with many shops and restaurants nearby.

It was our first trip here in Krabi with 7 childrwn here. We stay for 4D3N here at Two Bedroom Fantasy & Triple Fantasy Family Room . The place was soooo comfortable for big family like us! Services was super good too! And their customer services staff & infact all their staff are friendly, helpful and always put smile on their face which feel us so welcome! Mine package include breaksfast too & their breakfast have so much variety & choices. And place is convient too nearer to shops, and for halal foods need to walk further abit. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Room Upgrade & Design: I was upgraded to a newly renovated room, and it was stunning! The design is very beautiful, featuring a minimalist style with warm wooden tones. I was very impressed with the room itself. The only minor drawback for guests seeking absolute quiet is the soundproofing of the front door, which is a little thin. You can still hear some noise from people walking past in the hallway. Exceptional Staff: The service from the staff was outstanding. Hardy, Kik, and Cream were all wonderful, providing excellent and very friendly service. A special mention also goes to Lusho at the breakfast restaurant. He took excellent care of me, always ready to recommend dishes and answer any questions we had about the food—just ask him anything you need! Location: The location is superb! It's just a short 7-minute walk to Ao Nang beach and very close to the night market, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven. Facilities: • Spa: The hotel spa is fantastic! I had the aroma massage for 850 THB, and it was excellent—both muscle and mind felt completely relaxed. The calming natural sounds, especially with the rain falling during my session, made it incredibly soothing. • Fitness & Pool: The fitness center is well-equipped, and the swimming pool is lovely. Overall: This is the perfect place for a relaxing, no-stress vacation. The food is good, the location is excellent (close to the beach and nearby restaurants), and the facilities are comprehensive. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning!

A nice, cozy boutique-style hotel with an overall positive impression. Breakfast offers a modest selection, but everything is tasty and well-prepared. The on-site restaurant also delivers — the food is genuinely good. A nice bonus is having a Starbucks right on the property. The main downside is the location: the hotel is somewhat far from the town center and nearest shops, which can be inconvenient if you need to run errands or explore locally. A pleasant stay overall. A good choice if you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable hotel and don’t mind being a bit away from the hustle and bustle.

Booked this hotel based on a recommendation from Xiaohongshu, and it offered great value for money. When booking, I specifically requested a high-floor room away from the elevators. The hotel ended up giving me a corner room on the sixth floor with large L-shaped windows, which was fantastic. The hotel's location is excellent; right outside, there's a popular street perfect for Instagrammable photos, and every day you see many locals taking pictures there. There are 7-Eleven stores on both sides when you step out, making daily life convenient. The beach is also within walking distance. In the other direction, about two kilometers away, there's a Lotus supermarket, and about 2.5 kilometers further, a local market with cheap fruit and an all-you-can-eat seafood buffet for 180 per person, highly recommended. The hotel provides two key cards, so you can keep the power on even when you're out.

Hotel buffet breakfast was good with wide varieties. Their pastries were so good, even had freshly baked croissant hourly. However, the kids club and gym were under maintenance and relocated to ballroom and boutique respectively. Hotel provided free ice cream for kids daily as compensation. The room condition need to be improved whereby the closet door was hard to push and shower head is leaking, two of the lights were not functioning well. Pillows were too soft compared to the sofitel we stayed in bali few years ago. Room cleaning done twice a day were impressive.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort and would highly recommend it to families. The resort is very kid-friendly, with plenty of activities and facilities that children can enjoy. The kids' pool was one of the highlights of our trip—it was well-designed, clean, and provided hours of fun for the little ones. The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived. The team at the check-in counter was warm, professional, and efficient, making the arrival process smooth and welcoming. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The resort itself is very well maintained, with clean facilities, beautiful surroundings, and attention to detail evident throughout the property. The location is also excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions while still providing a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic family getaway, and we look forward to returning in the future.

This hotel is truly impressive; I've stayed here four times now, and whenever I visit Krabi, this is my go-to choice. It's right by the beach, offers great privacy, and is surrounded by mountains. The staff provide excellent service, and honestly, everything about this place is just fantastic.
