I stayed at R&B Hotel Hachioji for 9 nights in a single non-smoking room from Dec 31, 2024, to Jan 8, 2025. First impressions: Room: The room was clean and relatively spacious, featuring a carpeted floor, a clean bathroom, and Toto toilets with a built-in bidet. Liquid soap and shampoo are also provided. The room was quiet and peaceful during my stay, perfect for resting after a long day. Amenities: A table with a wide variety of amenities (such as disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, facial cleansers, facial toners, razors, shaving cream, to name a few) can be found on the lobby floor. A coin-operated laundry room with free detergent is also available on the 5th floor. While detergent is free, laundry costs about 200 yen for a 30-minute wash and 200 yen for a 30-minute dry. If needed, a coin exchanger is available on the lobby floor. Service: The staff were super friendly and accommodating despite the language barrier. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi throughout my stay, which was very convenient for staying connected. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, and if needed, you can leave your luggage at the hotel before check-in time. Breakfast was included in my package and consisted of curry and rice, oats, yogurt, boiled eggs. For beverages, there was a coffee machine, orange juice, apple juice and tea. Towels and toiletries are changed daily during cleaning time. However, bed sheets are changed only every 3 days, so if your stay is shorter than that, bedding will not be changed—something to keep in mind. Convenience: The hotel is very well located, with three convenience stores nearby (7-11, Family Mart and Lawsons). The Keio line is just a 5-minute walk away, and the JR line is a bit further, about a 10-minute walk, but still very convenient. There are also shopping malls and eateries nearby. The surrounding area is lively yet peaceful, making it easy to explore. Value for Money: Considering the location, amenities, and service, I found the hotel to offer excellent value for money. ありがとうございました

Everything was great except the pillows. They are a combination pillow that has a hard side which makes it feel like a brick is under your pillow

In June, I booked a non-smoking single room with breakfast for 4 days and 3 nights. The price was great value. The location was moderate and not far from the station. The room was clean and tidy. The toilet in the room I was initially assigned made a constant dripping sound after I used it. The hotel was very responsible and immediately moved me to a room two units away in the middle of the night. This problem did not occur at all. Although there were not many choices for breakfast, as other customers commented, curry rice was the main recommendation. I, who do not like rice, could not help but eat half a bowl of curry rice for three consecutive days! The curry sauce was fragrant and the rice was chewy 😂👍🏼Next time I have the opportunity to visit Hachioji again, I will also stay here𥚃.

The room is medium, and it is a 10-minute walk from Hachioji Station and Don Quijote Mall. No accommodation tax is charged There is a bus to Haneda Airport at the door, but it doesn't seem to go to Narita Airport.

Thank you for the wonderful service from check-in to check-out, the staff's attitude, and the cleaning of the room. Even when speaking to my child, they were kind and tried to see things from his/her perspective, which made me feel at ease. The breakfast buffet was also delicious, and we had seconds several times! Thank you. If I have the opportunity to visit Tokyo again, I would like to stay at this hotel! Thank you!!! It was a great trip!

The room was clean and stylishly decorated. There was a free drink corner and other amenities, and I was happy with the hospitality. The pillows were easy to choose from and I was able to sleep soundly. The staff were also friendly and smiley, and I would like to stay here again.

Hachioji is a really nice city. I stayed here for a day on my way to Mt. Takao and visited the place where FUNKY MONKEY BABYS grew up. There are many Japanese confectionery stores and traditional craft shops here.

Very good hotel, the room also has a small desk. The most important thing is that the breakfast is very delicious. I didn't eat rice for breakfast before, but the breakfast curry rice in this restaurant is so delicious that I ate a big bowl of it.

It's right next to Keio Hachioji and very convenient to Shinjuku. A simple breakfast will fill you up. There are only two washing machines and dryers each, which is a bit scarce, so you often have to wait. There are three convenience stores downstairs and opposite which are very convenient.

Stayed for 4 nights in mid-January and had a very good experience. The hotel is clean, well-managed and very new. Walking distance: About 5 minutes from Hachioji Keio Station and about 10 minutes from Hachioji Jr. Station. Shopping and dining in the nearby area are very convenient and diverse. The two train lines are separated, making it very convenient to travel to various stations in Tokyo. The front desk staff, the cleaning staff in the breakfast hall, and the cleaning staff in the housekeeping room are all very polite and friendly, and their service attitude is very humble and very good. Living alone, the room is quite spacious. The sound insulation is very good and the environment is very quiet. Every afternoon from 15:00 to 24:00, the hotel provides free coffee, which can also be brought to the room to taste. There are also two convenience stores downstairs with self-service coin-operated washing machines and dryers. I will probably choose here again next time I go to Tokyo.

The breakfast is good, but the room is a bit small, at least much smaller than Toyoko INN in Osaka. However, the environment in the store is very good, clean and spacious, and there are many kinds of snacks and drinks.

The room is clean and tidy. The front desk is on the second floor of the building. You need to take the escalator to go up. There is a 7-11 downstairs and Lawson opposite. All toiletries are available in the lobby. They are all good. The breakfast is simple and delicious. There is a laundry room and ironing board. It is convenient to the station, about 5 minutes.
