The gardens are really beautiful but the management and service is very poor. The rooms are barely furnished and use low quality materials. It’s a disappointment.

Beautiful hotel! Felt like staying in the forbidden city. I loved my room!!! It had a living room and big bathroom with beautiful tub. Big balcony but no view and uncomfortable chair.

A great surprise beside the airport! Lovely clean rooms. Beautiful, palace/ temple like layout. Lovely big gardens and grounds to wander through and good service

因為第二天一早趕飛機定的酒店，前台升級了房型，但從大堂去到房間有點繞，一進房間就有未清理的煙灰缸，生銹的淋噴頭，還有點陰森感，帶着娃，他都説有點怕，晚上飛機聲太大，一架接着一架起飛的聲音很難入睡，一整晚衹睡著了一個小時，不會再選擇了

睡眠不好的話建議不要住在這裏，因為離機場近，飛機從頭頂飛過。太大了，早晨的飛機，出門愣是找不到大廳在哪裡。但確實離機場比較近，很方便。房間感覺需要重新裝修了

除了離機場近，真的沒有任何優點了。帶着兩個孩子，凌晨1點到的海口，這裏離機場近。推門而入一股令人頭疼的潮黴味，當天晚上兩個孩子一個被咬了8個包，一個被咬了2個🥹，一夜在打蚊子伴隨着飛機轟鳴聲。訂的池畔房，想着睡醒了孩子就可以下水玩。第二天睡醒推開門，就看到池畔的泳池裡全是臟東西和小蟲子，孩子居然主動不玩水了～～～要求趕緊換酒店😂
酒店很深，名副其實的皇家園林酒店！沒有車基本哪都去不了。有自己的小動物園。

每次來這座海口，我都會毫不猶豫地選擇鴻洲埃德瑞。位置超級好，你看窗外景色簡直美翻了，出門就是繁華的夜景。最重要的是，這裏的環境真的做得很好，住在這裏就是放心。我已經推薦給了好多朋友，下次來一定還要住這裏！
接送機（定時定點穿梭巴士）:非常方便，師傅也很熱情。

前台小妹（小娟）熱情接待了我們及時安排房間，入住酒店後感到很驚訝，沒想到在網上預約的酒店這麼高大上，價格合理親民，園區景色很棒，稱的上國家園林酒店園區建築古香古色，鳥聲清脆悦耳，泳池乾淨，小魚咬腳（土耳其魚療）在園區散步空氣清新，還有名貴樹種（印度檀香樹🌲），晚上夜景花園格外漂亮。早餐品種豐盛。在海南呆了一個多月，沒想到最後一站這麼完美。入住兩晚大床🛏️睡覺特別舒服，值得推薦！
