Hampton by Hilton Haikou Nanhai

Absolutely terrible, beyond infuriating. My legs started itching just lying on the bed for a bit, and after a night's sleep, I woke up covered in red rashes. As for the facilities, they were practically non-existent and unusable. The hot springs and pool, in particular, were like a maze to find. And when I finally did, oh my god, they looked like some roadside puddle! The ground around was filthy. It's located in a residential area, and the environment is just awful. I opened the window in the morning to see a landfill. This hotel is practically at the mouth of the sea. I booked it through Ctrip when I bought my flight tickets; I saw 'Hilton' and just booked it. I can't believe Ctrip would recommend such a low-standard place. How much did this hotel pay for promotion? Ctrip needs to take some responsibility. Utterly disappointed, absolute one-star rating.

This is our top choice for family trips! The hotel service was incredibly touching; they proactively upgraded our room type and were warm and attentive throughout our stay. It's super close to the West Coast beach, which is convenient for kids. Plus, with the kids' play area and hot spring pool, it's a hands-free experience that truly maximizes enjoyment. I've already recommended it to all my friends. We'll definitely be back!
