Great location right at the famous Qilou Old Street main tourist attraction spot, saved time and transportation tour in the area, and walking distance to famous food stalls. Front desk was very helpful to carry the large and hand carry luggages up to my room located at second floor. Bed is big, clean and comfortable. Room decorated with unique antique style. With the room price is reasonable especially located right inside the main tourist spot. Worth to stay and experience the heritage old buildings atmosphere. Need to improve the maintenance and cleanliness of the surrounding especially the bathroom area due to humidity and mold spots, perhaps change the old carpets and install the lift or slopes so that easier for travelers to carry the luggage up to the room. Understand it’s costly for the maintenance of the heritage old buildings. Overall strongly recommended for tourists to experience the stay👍🌴

The location is super nice on the old street, and the aesthetic of the rooms is nice, with a bit of wooden smell as well. However, some things were a bit below what I'd expect: -＞ The A.C. can cool the main room (seating area) well, but due to the loft bed and lack of fan, it stay warm for a long time, just barely gets a bit cool later. -＞ When you leave the room and remove the card, even the sockets stop working! Usually I understand turning off the lights / A.C. etc, but ideally sockets would stay powered to charge stuff. Since I wasn't in my room often, I couldn't keep my laptop charged as expected. Other than that, some walls were slightly moldy in the corners and a bit of grime around the edges, but not too shabby.

I love this hotel so much, its a very old, charming, heritage hotel. Although is an old hotel, inside the room is very nice, clean and modern. The location also is the best, inside the walking street of Qilou Ols Street. The front staff is very helpful and nice people. Need to take note that the hotel doesn't have an elevator, so you better book the room on the ground floor, if you don't like to climb the stairs. The laundry machine is at level 5 , which is also open rooftop to see the old town. 2 nice cafe, seling a great coffee is next to the hotel . If you take a Taxi or Didi, you need to stop at the front of the main road, because this hotel is located inside a walking street, and cars are not allowed to enter.

Awesome location and clean and spacious enough room for 2 pax. Toilet was quite clean but the pipe below the basin was leaking. Car will stop outside the street and you only need to walk in about 200 m to this guesthouse.

Zizai Music B&B is the hotel that renovated from the old house in Qilou old street of Haikou. The Interior design mixed with modern and old fashion. The room with balcony give me the best experience staying in Haikou.

Right in the heart of the qilou old street , older hotel but really convenient and staff are very friendly. Over all it was a good trip to Haikou .

This cute hotel is in the heart big the old town. We had a balcony view which was lovely. The location was walkable to restaurants nearby and anything else you may need. Even though the street may be crowded, it was still quite quiet at night. The hotel is a but warn in, but I found it charming.

Great hotel in great location. Perfect choose to stay here for 3-4 days. We live at 4th floor with terrace, it was good but take a note that number doesnt have any fridge, tableware. Also shower/toilet within 1m from bed with glass doors :D Anyway i can recommend it to stay for short period.

What an odd room, toilet has no door just a curtain to the wash basin, followed by transparent glass door to the toilet seat and then shower area. We booked this room with parents and siblings. How on earth can we use toilet peacefully without door 😂 room has lots of useless cabinets built to just cover up the old walls of the original building which seems really unnecessary. Sofa in the room looks really battered and heavily used. But the saving grace is that toilet seat comes with bidet Location is perfect as you are right beside the street where taxi can stop by and within the old street.

Unique stay in the middle of the Old Street. The room needs some extra care, but it was definitely worth staying here because of the location and the terrace facing the walking street. At the time of our stay there was construction going on somewhere nearby, so it was quite noisy at day time, but those guys work so fast, I believe they will finish in a week or two. Good experience overall.

Great location with very helpful staff especially the reception desk who is very keen to help and provide info on places to eat, transportation etc. The double bedded room has curtains between the see through glass toilet and bathroom and bed area which provide some privacy compared to the Family room. Beds are very comfy and clean. One of the double bedded room had smoke smell and when we brough it to the reception desk, they were very prompt and helpful in removing the odour. Highly recommended place to stay for people who don't mind climbing stairs to their rooms.

非常不满意！The room was not clean. The bathroom was full of stains and poorly maintained. The humidity made it uncomfortable, but the worst thing was the nauseating smell of smoke that did not allow us to sleep and remained on our clothes, on our skin and on our hair so strong it was. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel if you value comfort and cleanliness, and if you don't want to compromise your sense of smell forever. It was a truly disappointing stay.

After we update to a large family suite room (x2 room) , it was well maintained , cozy and comfortable. Toilet is privacy too. Location was very very convenient and walkable to most attractions too.  A special compliment to a customer service young lady 小姐姐 at the counter. She’s young and passionate about hotel management and her helpfulness in assisting us to local attractions. Her enthusiastic energy really need appraisal. Her work behaviors really an asset to Zizai Music hotel.  Highly recommend to guests who booked with them. I’ll believe you be well taken care of. 

A beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was comfortable and spacious. Would highly recommend this hotel.
