The room was clean, and the hotel environment lived up to its price and the Kaiyuan brand. However, the breakfast service left me dissatisfied. After we finished eating, I grabbed a yogurt and a pastry for my child, only to be told at the exit that we couldn't take food out of the restaurant. Take out? It was just a carton of yogurt and one pastry! My child couldn't even eat them while walking? This is the first time I've ever stayed at a hotel where they said yogurt and pastries couldn't be taken out of the restaurant! Hotel prices were already ridiculously inflated during the National Day holiday, and after spending so much on a hotel, who cares about your tiny bit of yogurt and pastry! It felt like we were being treated like cheapskates trying to take advantage of them, being stopped at the exit! Ridiculous! I suggest replacing the breakfast service staff! Don't let them tarnish the Kaiyuan brand!

I came to play on a business trip in December. I decided that this hotel is very good. The hotel environment is very good. The rooms are fully equipped and new, and the quality of toiletries is online. The service staff was attentive and responsive throughout the whole process. At night, there was a thin and tall young lady at the front desk who was very good. Check-in in advance to inform us that there was a KTV to help us choose a quiet room. I was afraid that we would prepare earplugs and eye masks in advance for light sleep. Traveling or leisure travel are super suitable, Highly recommended!

The room is clean, smart, spacious, sanitary and clean in place, no smell, intimate service: warm front desk, robot delivery. The attitude of the front desk is good, but the work standard needs to be improved. 1. When I arrived at the store at 11 o'clock in the evening, there was no one at the front desk. Someone came after a security uncle called. At that time, there were three groups of guests waiting to check in. 2. Regarding the welcome fruits, they were not given on the first night. When I asked about them on the second night, the front desk replied, ”Only for the first time you stay.” But both of my orders showed that they were given as gifts. Later, the front desk said that there were no more ones tonight, and my child pointed to the crisper and said, ”Mom, there are watermelons here.” So the front desk brought some watermelons and grapes to us.

The day was generally okay, I was on a business trip in the morning, but it was excellent value for money.
