Very good clean hotel and the location is great, many restaurants around and shopping. Very clean

I was on a business trip. I left my backpack with Apple laptop, cash in multiple currencies, passport, handphone in it on the side of the street in front of the hotel, where the Didi pick up was.  I realised this only upon arrival of Hangzhou Airport (1 hour+ drive from the hotel). Immediately call the hotel FO and he managed to get it back from the street and safekeeping it until another Didi pick up and send to me in airport. If any management member see this post, please praise the FO. The incident was on 21/1/2025 around 8am. 

It is quite comfortable, with complete facilities, good breakfast, clean and sanitary, with many varieties, and the auntie's service is also very thoughtful. I am very satisfied. The location is very close to the attractions and convenient for travel.

Overall, my experience was decent. The Haining Hotel's location is excellent, with shopping malls and attractions concentrated nearby, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. It also has an underground parking lot. As for drawbacks, while the breakfast is inexpensive, its quality doesn't match the overall standard, so there's room for improvement.

A perfect experience beyond expectations! The boss is a native of Haining, enthusiastic like an old friend, and sent a detailed parking guide and surrounding play guide before arriving. The most pleasant surprise was that when I checked in, there were fresh local fruits in the lobby, coffee drinks were free, and the details were sincere. The room is also very spacious ～ The location of the homestay is also very good, you can walk to the river to watch the shadow play in a few minutes. The breakfast boss personally made it and it was very hearty. Before leaving, I also sent a small bag of local specialties as a souvenir. In this fast-paced era, it is rare to meet such a warm and humane homestay. It is highly recommended to all friends who come to Haining to play, living here will definitely double the happiness of the journey!

The room is very large and clean, the price is very affordable, like the whole season, it is really cost-effective in a small city. The little brother at the front desk recommended the delicious Zhangjia casserole, which is delicious and not expensive, and the young lady at the front desk is also very considerate.

The location is great, right next to Haining Station, and very close to Haining Museum and Xishan Park—within walking distance. There are also plenty of food and takeout options. However! Hygiene: There was a strong odor as soon as I entered, and even after opening the window for a long time, a slight smell remained. Environment: The soundproofing is incredibly poor; I could hear everything from the next room clearly. My room faced a facility room that looked like a staff passageway, and the creaking noise of staff going in and out woke me up at 7 am the next morning. Around 8 or 9 am, the sounds of cleaning and conversation from the next room were also very clear. Facilities: The facilities are old and outdated, only standard amenities, and not very functional. The hotel elevator is clearly quite old, and the trash cans outside are overflowing and haven't been emptied—public hygiene is a problem. Service: Average. The staff have a strong work ethic and aren't exactly known for their smiling service, but they can meet basic needs. In summary, it's an ordinary hotel in a county town, but it falls short of expectations for a Hanting hotel. This price is significantly higher than surrounding hotels and guesthouses, but whether the accommodation experience is better is another question, as I didn't stay anywhere else. Overall, if you're traveling from Haining Station, it's okay to stay one night, but not longer.
