房間整體比較乾淨，性價比還是可以，就是電視開關比較麻煩，半夜叫服務員幫關電視，這個有點麻煩!衞生整體還可以，就是門把手上卡了一根頭髮，希望細節可以改善。

位置很不錯，就在地鐵口，房間風格和全季非常相似，性價比很高，而且可以免費停車，有洗衣機烘乾機，春節一連住了六天。
整體服務，確實一般，真心像招待所的品質。
續住房，每天給我換拖鞋、牙膏牙刷（浪費）
垃圾收了，床單被套不更換。
送物的保安大哥，專業性需提升。

設施：智能設備有小度，智能馬桶，水壓很大，全天熱水。
環境：環境衞生非常好也非常安靜，不會嘈雜。
衞生：衞生情況也做得非常好有點全季的感覺，希望繼續保持。
服務：服務也很好，就是沒有智能送貨機到樓上。

從來沒見過哪家酒店是會選擇開在KTV樓下的，晚上2點還在嘶吼。住這個酒店，不是來休息的，是來受罪的。搞得一整天都沒精神！服了酒店老闆的神智商，裝修是沒的説，就是噪音擾人太嚴重。

最糟糕的一次住宿體驗，直接甲醛中毒！影響了我在杭州的第一天之旅！上午直接發燒，嗓子痛，渾身疼，起大包了，屋子裡裝修全是被材料包圍的，甲醛很重沒跑了，直接想起一首歌《牢籠》
距離杭州東站晚間打車36元左右，新開業，環境倒是不錯智能的，但可能不是給一般遊客開的，本來想新開的能好點結果就是噩夢的開始，凌晨後到的，前台鼠標不好用耽誤了一小會，等待過程中有好幾個中年男子帶酒味等電梯，後續也看到女的，當時還以為杭州夜生活好豐富大家都晚睡，結果進電梯就看到樓上是KTV和足療！辦理入住時已明確告知不要位於最後的尾房結果一上去就看到是最後的尾房，不知道是小姑娘沒聽見還是故意的，隨即下樓換房，換到中間位置房，結果聽見隔壁不雅聲音及樓上KTV的鬼哭狼嚎！無了個大語，又到樓下換房，換到對面，結果一樣聲音很大，持續到凌晨1:30-2:00陸續沒有聲音，之後就是車輛時不時的聲音，整個體驗氣到難已入睡，早上5:00嗓子痛到醒特別緊難受，像有粘稠狀堵在那裡吐也很難吐出來，還很噁心，早上感覺脖子上還長了包，發燒、頭痛，嗓子腫脹，隨即上網查，果然沒猜錯甲醛中毒！！嚇得馬上洗漱趕緊走！

衞生：總體衞生，都是衞生間的捲紙是潮濕的，用起來不也是安心
環境：裝修和空間都非常讓我舒心，但是晚上一兩點還是能聽到KTV的噪音，隔音不夠好
服務：快速入住，房間天花板有個洞，晚上也有專門的人來搶修
設施：有小度智能音箱，電視，智能馬桶
