和家人出行，臨時決定選這家，民宿在別墅區內，綠化很好，環境安靜，停車就在地下室，有電梯直達，很方便。我們定了一樓和二樓各一間雙床，一樓院子很漂亮，二樓陽台視野不錯，性價比超值。
服務很好，提前把停車路線視頻發給我，很容易就找到了，停好車，酒店管家已經在停車場的電梯這裏等我們了，走的時候掉了一衹耳機都沒注意，還是下午管家微信我才知道掉了，非常感謝。
早餐是套餐，主食可以選粥、番茄麪、餃子，還有小饅頭，水果，雜糧，乳酸菌，很豐富。
總的來説性價比超值，下次再來杭州，還會選擇“從來”

一個人來杭州旅行，來到民宿之後後前台管家很熱情，幫我提行李拿行李，辦理入住也很快，很流暢。進到房間之後，我還是很滿意的，一眼看過去去佈局簡單整潔，衞生打掃的也很不錯很乾凈，民宿附近空氣很好，清新自然，我很滿意哈。

位置離西溪不遠，房間還行，給人一種温馨如家的感覺。不過怎麼説呢，房間裏的部分設施看起來確實有些廉價，像是二手房房東為了節約成本而使用的次等材料。而且我發現，其中一個枕套是臟的，希望酒店能在這些細節上再提升提升吧。

好到爆！寶藏酒店！在一個別墅裏面，環境幽雅，生態很好，裏面還看到了松鼠！
房間乾淨衞生，連住兩天，體驗了一樓和二樓的兩種房型，透過別墅窗看外面的景色，真是一種享受，以後有機會還想來小住，太美太雅了！
服務方面完全沒話説，管家超貼心，我説不想烘乾內衣，就幫我找晾衣架，曬衣服在天台上。外套這類的，幫我們拿過去洗好烘乾甚至摺好，服務太周到了。為我們的旅行又添驚喜！
管家還會貼心幫我們問好第二天早餐吃什麼，阿姨也很和善，非常完美的一次住宿體驗！
這次沒時間去西溪濕地裏麪玩，下次還想來，下次來的時候還要住這裏！
