Two of them were busy, and the other one, who should be their supervisor or manager, was watching nearby. I can understand being busy. After checking in another guest, they left me and my friend aside. No one asked a single question after we came in for 5 minutes. We were originally on a business trip, and we felt like going back to the room to rest in the hot weather, so we didn't say anything. We were working a little late at night, and the coffee machine was broken when we wanted to have coffee. We called the front desk and asked them to come and take a look the next day. We told the auntie the next day and she couldn't fix it either. It took a while before they replaced the coffee machine. I asked for a razor when I called the first time, and I never got through to the coffee machine after I called the second time to ask how to use the coffee machine. There was a sudden power outage for half an hour at noon, and no one notified us. It was a while before we found out about the fire inspection. Doesn't the hotel tell the guests about sudden power outages? It's really funny. No one notified me on such a hot day. In the afternoon, the aunt came to clean the room, but the trash bag in the bathroom trash can was not changed, and the towels were not replenished. The second most annoying thing was that there was a red towel on the table. I am also in the hotel industry, and the red towel is for wiping the toilet. Isn't this funny? The curtain remote control is just a decoration, and the electric curtain cannot be opened. I called the Ctrip merchant and told the front desk. The aunt came and opened it with her hands. I was really afraid that she would break it and asked us to compensate. I had to go to a meeting in the afternoon, but I just let the aunt take it away. Is this how a five-star hotel serves guests?

The hotel is decorated in a stylish way and the rooms are clean and sanitary. The front desk service is good. We booked two rooms and they helped us upgrade one of the rooms to the same floor.
