The front desk said that the room was upgraded, but there were the following problems: First, the area was seriously insufficient. The platform showed 18-25 square meters, and the actual area including the wall was only within 15 square meters, indicating that some rooms had false advertising. Second, the facility problem, this is even more outrageous. The room type before the upgrade had a sofa and a table. I don't understand why there was no sofa or table after the upgrade, and there was no place to put things. Third, the service efficiency, I was dissatisfied and reported to the front desk and asked to change the room and send the room card up. The other party agreed and waited for a long time without success. Then he called me and continued to talk to me. I didn't want to communicate more and chose to stay helplessly. Fourth, it is probably because of the new hotel. The smell is still relatively strong, and it feels that it has a certain impact on health. Please be cautious when choosing to stay. 整體體驗還不錯，很標準的如家品質。設施沒有給全5星的原因在於，洗衣服的地方説有留言條。但是找了半天沒有找到。後面加公眾號才留言成功。然後烘乾機外側有一些毛絮。導致我衣服烘乾完有點粘到毛絮了。希望可以定期清理一下那個地方。

帶孩子到浙大參觀酒丁了這家酒店、都是像大學生一樣的小哥哥、小姐姐服務、下着雨怕我們淋到幫我們開車門打傘、路有點窄，開車走的時候一路幫我們看着車、房間很新、都很乾凈、訂了無窗户房間幫我們升級了帶窗户的，滿意👍
