Good location, nice staff, room clean, only the bathroom is not so good.

The hostel is 500 meters away from Wulinmen station. They accept foreigner guest.

Good for the price. My original bedsheet was dirty, but they let me switch it. Another roblem was that the shower situation wasn't good. But good stay for the cheap price

The overall bedroom is just same as photo, however the sharing bathroom is unacceptable...I have booked for 2day and I would say the staff is supportive, allow me to check in at the midnight and refund the rest money during early check out. The sharing bathroom was like public toilet and requires customer to shower on top the toilet bowl without safety measure, personal belongings might fell into the hole and some unpleasant excrement still remain on the bowl.

second time extending my time. The workers are very mannerable and helpful. The boss provide me with advise about the city and life in China. Anything that i need help with he always make himself available.

The public living room was nice, with a sweet cat. The staff checked us in early which was nice and appreciated. The room was relatively clean and comfortable. The bathroom was not ideal, with the showers over squat toilets, although they do try and keep them clean.

The Youth Hostel is very close to the Broken Bridge of West Lake. It feels great to ride a bicycle there. The environment is very good. If you have any questions during your stay, you can go to the front desk. The front desk will help you solve them. The attitude is very good. It is cleaner than I thought. The aunt cleans every day. There is no odor in the room and toilet. There is also a washing machine. In fact, it is very convenient to wash clothes in the sink in summer. It is really good. It is also close to the subway and bus. The overall cost performance is high. After all, hotels are too expensive. Although the Youth Hostel is small, it has everything you need.

Good hygiene, complete facilities, microwave, refrigerator, vending machine. Excellent location, Wulinmen Metro Line 3 Exit F. Very close to the West Lake Broken Bridge and Remaining Snow Scenic Spot. Baoshishan Baochu Pagoda, Huanglong Gymnasium are also very close. The front desk service is very good.

Traveling alone in Hangzhou, this youth hostel is located in the city center, which is very suitable for traveling alone in Hangzhou or looking for work! The health services are very good, I will continue to stay next time!

When I came to Hangzhou, I booked "Hangzhou Baby Youth Hostel (Wulinmen Subway Station)" on Ctrip in advance. After checking in, it was completely beyond my expectations. The owner and front desk customer service were very enthusiastic. The bedding had been made in advance. The room was clean and tidy, with all kinds of facilities. It was very convenient to go to the subway and bus. It was really a youth hostel that I didn't want to leave after staying. I am very grateful to the owner, customer service and cleaning staff for their enthusiastic service!
