This hotel is as if they attempted to modernize grandma's old apartment and failed. They even reused the water from the previous guest like grandma would. Yes, one of the two complimentary water bottles had been used before we arrived. The wiring for the TV and curtains is fouled up. The curtains open and close at random times. The TV has to be reset at the router each time it is turned on or there is no signal. The remote control does not function in this capacity and the TV must be turned on from the back of the unit as well. There is a prewired function for this next to the headboard, but it doesn't work at all. The air conditioning has no functioning temperature setting, which is supposedly prewired near the headboard....it either runs constantly until you find yourself near frostbite or you must endure the summer heat without it. The mattress is hard. The floors are dirty, including the shower stall. I stay in MANY hotels across China...this was one of the very few I have trashed in my reviews.

Our stay here was incredible. The rooms are lovely, the bed and pillow are fantastic, the shower and the Bluetooth speaker were brilliant. The room is very quiet with no street or neighbour noise. Location is good, near the metro, great coffee over the road and a good shop nearby.

Came with family of 3, Stay was great, room was nice and comfortable. Service was also great, hotel staff were prompt in assisting us whenever needed. Will book again, if we return to hangzhou!

The staff was very friendly, but we were given the wrong room at check-in. The towels were quite worn out, giving a sense of neglect. Additionally, the breakfast provided was from KFC, which felt lacking, especially since I don’t eat KFC. With better maintenance and breakfast options, the experience could be much better.
