Hotel area is really pretty and serene overlooking the west lake. Their staffs were extremely helpful and polite. Definitely a 5 star standard

Our first time in Hangzhou and this hotel has the best location right in front of the lake. The grounds are tranquil and the gardens inside the hotel are beautiful. The concierge created a WeChat so we could communicate with him. Special thank you to Mr 吴其周 who kindly handled all our requests with so much patience and always with a smile. We will definitely stay here if we come back to Hangzhou!

The hotel has a very nice view to xihu lake. The room is decent size and very clean. The hotel transportation team service is professional and the Viechle is clean.

This hotel is a real gem, especially with its unbeatable view of West Lake—absolutely stunning and worth the stay on its own. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise too, offering great food at really reasonable prices. What made our experience truly special, though, was the service. Mr. Wang Weicheng at the front desk went above and beyond—professional, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. His help made everything so smooth and enjoyable for our family trip with a kiddo. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone visiting here!
