The accommodation at ROXANNE was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect as you could have a mountain view from your room and West Lake is literally just across the street. They have at least 2 different buildings with several room types, outdoor area, hot tub, grill area and just beautiful scenery. The rooms are very clean and spacious, modern with a lot of technological features that one might not expect. The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. We will definitely be coming back for another stay in the future!

The room is very comfortable and beautiful. My favorite thing is the bathtub. You can take a bath when you are tired. The mineral water is Evian and the hair dryer is Dyson. I brought my own Dyson but didn't use it. The toiletries are very good. When I was putting on makeup in the morning, I saw little squirrels running around in the trees. I was so happy at that time. The B&B also has two cats, which are super cute and love to act cute. When I sit in the yard, the cats will run over and lie next to me to interact with me.
