Hotels in Fuyang Area, Hangzhou

Our party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024.  We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting.  We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in.  I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops.  Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us.  Not a soul was in sight.  Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed.  From there on, however, things only got better and better.  So, yes, this was a quiet property.  There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about.  But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected.  And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient.  During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out.  The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand.  Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance.  The layout was a bit of a labyrinth.  There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display.  Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake.  The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space.  Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards.  Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?).  They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night.  There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater.  Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds.  Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace.  Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel.  Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular.  We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip).  We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality.  Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable.  In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area.  In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort.  We were very comfortable during our short stay.  We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff.  We would love to return.  It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions.  Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

This hotel really makes people feel warm! As soon as I walked into the room, I felt it was spacious and bright. The facilities were also new and complete, especially the bed, which was super comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly, always smiling, making people feel particularly cordial. The location is also very good. There is a bus stop right outside and many delicious and fun things to do nearby. Next time I come here, I will definitely stay in this hotel again!

Stay at the newest 24-story all-glass Hangzhou Fuyang Jingxin Junting Hotel, where the entire hotel has first-class decoration environment. The front desk and other waiters are very enthusiastic and polite. There is a desk in the room, which is convenient for using the computer and writing. There are fully automatic washing machines and dryers on the 24th floor, which can wash all the clothes in 1 hour, and there are exercise facilities next to the washing machines. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo and conditioner containing essential oils, as well as shower gel for morning and evening, which smells delicious. The catering service is also very comprehensive, with a very rich variety of dishes, and there are private rooms of different sizes. There is a coffee bar and a book bar in the lobby downstairs where you can chat with friends. And sitting outside the lobby at night is also a nice experience. The hotel is very close to the zoo, the downstairs is very convenient for the whole family, and the price is not expensive. The only uncomfortable thing about this experience is the family we booked The room is next door to the elevator. The front desk didn't remind me at all when I entered the hotel. I heard the sound of the elevator all night. I couldn't fall asleep at all, and I couldn't help it with children! It is very close to Exit A of Guihua West Road Subway Station. The environment is very good, but the room is a little small. The service is very good, parking is also very convenient, there are many delicious foods nearby, and the breakfast is also very rich.

酒店前台工作人員熱情禮貌和善，搞衞生的阿姨和做早餐的阿姨親切的很，在這樣一個浮躁的大環境下這麼一個高素質的服務團隊太少見了。可以説在我入住過的上百家各種檔次的國內外酒店裡這裏的工作人員是最真誠最棒的，沒有之一。 位置，在一個植物科研所院子進去的小半山腰上，風景非常好，綠樹成蔭，鬧中取靜，院子裏靠停車場附近適合打牌吹牛喝茶，靠山一邊還有麻將室。 酒店整體不大，裝修和衞生應該是近幾年裝修過，乾淨整潔。衞生間乾濕分離，床品潔白無暇，入住舒適度良好。 早餐，種類雖不如高星酒店但也夠吃，稀飯雞蛋油條包子刀切各種鹹菜餛飩炒飯炒粉素菜麪包片牛奶……對了，我們帶了小孩，酒店贈送了免費早餐， 缺點主要兩個，希望酒店能改進 一個是一樓各種噪音，酒店不大動靜區區分有點問題。以後有機會住住二樓北面看看會否好一點。 來這裏的大爺大媽太多了，他們晚睡早起，一大早在酒店前面停車場大聲講話一點也不顧及別人，這一輩人真是，哎，當然這不怪酒店， 垃圾堆在酒店背面，朋友運氣好，背面幾個房間都在那一側，説垃圾車早上3點多就來了，動靜非常大睡不着，酒店評價裏也有朋友提及這一點，可否考慮把垃圾桶拉到相對遠離客房位置的區域，比如停車場區域？這樣這個問題就解決了。 瑕不掩瑜，總體這是一家不錯的酒店，特別是考慮實惠的價格，您如果路過這裏，不妨一住。

The cleanliness of the hotel of the same level I stayed in was poor. When I first checked in and changed my shoes, I saw curly hair and biscuit crumbs on the floor in front of me. There were also debris on the bathroom floor. Did the cleaning staff not clean the room unless it looked dirty? There is also a large yellow stain on the bed sheet. Did someone pee? It should have been cleaned and bleached before being put on the floor. The environmental facilities are okay, but unfortunately the hygiene quality is too poor. This is a dereliction of duty by the hotel management.
