Hygiene: The sanitation is done very carefully, and there are almost no dead corners in the room. The only shortcoming is that the window glass is a bit dirty. Environment: It is a bit far from the airport and train station, and the window on the side close to the road is noisy! The air conditioner is a bit loud. Service: There are some issues with the service. I couldn't find my order information when I checked in. When I showed the screenshot of my order, I had to repeatedly emphasize whether I went to the wrong place. 😥But the order was not recorded later! There were three people in total to check me in after I gave my ID card. The first one was probably an intern who was not very experienced, so the second one came to teach him. However, when other guests asked about the products, they could throw them down to promote them right away. The third one even asked for my ID card 😂! I booked a room with breakfast, but when I checked in, I was told that the room I booked did not include breakfast. Maybe I used my points to offset the room fee, so I don’t deserve to have the premium Atour breakfast!

Very cozy apartment, some wallpaper/skirting/shower seals could do with a refurb, but the amenities etc provided in the serviced apartment was fantastic. Daily cleaning too. Not much English available. Location in new business district with heavy traffic so transport to and fro the city centre can be time consuming. Connected to a shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and small stores, multiple gyms nearby too. Very pleased
