Yes, you read that right—an actual IMAX-style screen with surround sound, perfect for movie lovers. It felt like having a private cinema, and the sound and picture quality were absolutely stunning. Watching a film from the comfort of a plush bed . If you're looking for a stay that combines first-class service, thoughtful extras, and a cinematic surprise, this hotel delivers on all fronts. I’m already planning my return visit!

The hotel is located on the 22nd floor of Fortune Center. Take Metro Line 4/Line 7, Exit N1 of Civic Center. The upgraded river view room has a wider view. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the city balcony, which is convenient for watching the night view and light show. You can also walk to Mixc and Raffles for dinner. The surrounding area is shaded by trees, and CBD Park and Forest Park are within easy reach. The whole house is smart, and it is also equipped with disposable face towels, toilet mats and bathtub covers, which are very user-friendly. It is very comfortable to live in.

On top of this the included breakfast and late checkout times meant no rushing around in the morning all aiding in creating an enjoyable and peaceful stay!

12 The hotel is very close to the subway station. It takes about 20 minutes to take the subway from Hangzhou East Station to the hotel. After getting off the subway, you can walk to the hotel in three or four minutes. It is very convenient. There are various restaurants, supermarkets, and fruit shops nearby. And I see that the hotel has a large free parking lot, which is quite friendly for people who drive. The hotel service is good! Check-in efficiency is high. After 12 told the front desk that I needed a quiet room, they helped me change to a quieter room. And the service response was very fast. I asked for help to send the takeaway, and it was delivered immediately. It feels like it should be renovated. It looks much better than in 2020. Now the interior looks clean and tidy.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful. I booked a single room and got a free upgrade to a double room. The hotel apartment has a nice environment. It is very convenient to go to the subway, shopping mall and supermarket downstairs.

I have an amazing stay in the Crystal Orange hotel. The room allocated to me comes with a King Bed. All the amenities are new, the environment is good, the cleanliness is very very good. Overall I give a near perfect 10 rating for the comfort, guests experience and hospitality. It is very easy to walk travel around in the CBD from this hotel. I will confirm stay in this hotel the next time I visit Hang Zhou.
