The hotel met my expectations, with a fantastic location near Raffles City and MixC, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The staff were very professional, and the front desk even upgraded me to a river view room for free. Highly recommend!

I've stayed at Intercontinental, Park Hyatt, and Conrad in the Qianjiang New City Riverside area, and honestly, they were all just okay. This time, I decided to try Marriott, and it turned out to be quite good! My first impression at check-in was excellent. Nora (if I remember her name correctly) at the front desk was so pleasant, both in her service attitude and the way she spoke, making me feel very comfortable. The river view room isn't huge, but it offers a stunning, unobstructed view of the river, with landmarks like the 'Big Lotus' stadium clearly visible – the view is fantastic. The room facilities are a bit dated; the TV is small and can't cast, and the toilet isn't smart. However, it was quite comfortable to stay in. You can even pull open the sliding door and watch movies while taking a bath. Plus, there's a separate walk-in closet. Marriott really knows how to design and utilize space effectively. The breakfast could use some improvement, as many items were noticeably pre-made or packaged foods and drinks. Other than that, everything else was great. Personally, I'd say it's a pretty high-value option in the area. I had a wonderful time in Hangzhou these past few days and will definitely be back soon!

The room environment is excellent, clean and tidy. Any issues I had were immediately and satisfactorily resolved by customer service, such as mineral water, slippers, toothbrushes, and razors – all delivered promptly upon request. The hotel front desk staff were also very welcoming and adept at understanding my needs, quickly providing solutions. Furthermore, the hotel is very new with a modern and stylish design.

Pretty good! They even offered a cake for my birthday, though the taste was just so-so. The service was better than your average Marriott; you don't often find this level of smiling service in China. It felt more like a JW Marriott experience, to be honest. Double Executive Benefits: The food was great, and the drinks selection was comprehensive.

Service: The customer service was excellent, and I'd also like to thank Trip.com's customer service for helping us get the concierge's WeChat contact before check-in. This made it very convenient for us to communicate with the hotel from overseas and arrange various things. As a result, when we checked in, everything in the room was already perfectly arranged, and they even booked the complimentary Qiantang River boat tour for us. Environment: The hotel faces the Qiantang River, the Olympic Sports Center, and the 'Big Lotus' stadium. It's also right next to the Grand Theatre and Sands Ocean, offering beautiful views. The location is incredibly convenient for both dining and shopping. Hygiene: The room was very clean, and it was a thoughtful touch to find two extra bottles of water in the fridge. Facilities: The hotel is a bit older, and some of the room amenities and fixtures are starting to show signs of wear and tear or minor damage. It might be time for some renovations.

Bacon provided excellent service, and the hotel environment was also very good. We stayed in a river-view room. We checked in quite late that night, but the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a fantastic experience! We'll definitely choose this Marriott hotel again if we have the chance.

Right from arrival, I was greeted warmly and helped with my luggage. The front desk staff were all smiles, and every team member I encountered said hello, making me feel incredibly welcome and right at home. The room itself was very spacious and well-equipped. The air conditioning was perfectly cool. The riverside view was absolutely fantastic, especially the beautiful night scenery. Breakfast was also excellent. Despite the hotel being built in 2016, all the facilities are incredibly well-maintained. I highly recommend staying here.
