Arrived at night to a warm welcome from Anistasia and Constantine, our room no 18 was very spacious great views and a log fire , Breakfast was amazing wide variety to suit all tastes, they cannot do enough to help you nothing is to much trouble . Ask for more logs no problem and there is no extra charge not like other places we've stayed at in the past .we stayed for four nights enjoyed the skiing ,and the experience of honey tasting at the shop next to the hotel this is a must ,great restaurant across the road ,but if you don't want to go out you can order from the hotel and they will deliver to you, looking forward to returning next year when the snow returns ,this young couple deserve supporting.

Κλείσαμε δωμάτιο και δώσαμε προκαταβολή τέλος Αυγούστου γιατί είναι είδαμε κριτικές και σχόλια απ, το booking, τα οποία δεν είχαν καμία σχέση με αυτό που αντικρίσαμε. Μας σερβίραμε ένα πρωινό απαράδεκτο με δύο κρουασάν που ήταν παξιμάδια δεν το χω ξαναδεί ποτέ αυτό ( δείτε φωτογραφίες), επίσης κάτι λουκουμάδες μες το λάδι, δύο αυγά παγωμένα απ' το ψυγείο και τα αλλαντικά αυτά που βλέπετε... Δύο ποτήρια πορτοκαλάδα, ρωτήσαμε αν είναι φρέσκος χυμός την κοπέλα που σέρβιρε, και μας λέει ναι που τελικά όμως ήταν πορτοκαλάδα αγοραστή της σειράς. Κάτι μικρά βαζακια με μαρμελάδες κλπ.απ τα οποία έλειπε λίγο κ από πάνω , μια τυρόπιτα κρύα την οποία παραδέχτηκε ότι ήταν προχθεσινή,καί γενικά ένα απαράδεκτο πρωινό, που όταν ζητήσαμε τόν λόγο απ'την υπεύθυνη μας είπε με ειρωνικό ύφος ότι το πρωινό άξιζε πολλά παραπάνω απ'αυτά πού πληρώσαμε για το δωμάτιο.. Επίσης αφού έγινε όλη η Μανουρά και φυσικά φύγαμε , δεν μας επέστρεψαν το υπόλοιπο της προκαταβολής, και φυσικά τους είπαμε χάρισμα τους. Από θέα το δωμάτιο νταξει καλό, αλλά σε γενικές γραμμές κάτω του μετρίου λόγω ότι το ξενοδοχείο πάνω στον όροφο είχε μια άσχημη μυρωδιά, το μπάνιο πολύ στενό δεν χωράς καλά καλά δεν έχει παντζούρια, και είχε κ αράχνες στα κουφώματα... Γενικά παλιό κτίριο,καμιά σχέση με αυτό που προβάλλουν και φαίνεται στο booking. Το ταξίδι μας στο Πήλιο είχε άλλες προσδοκίες και περιμέναμε βάση των κριτικών κάτι καλύτερο, και ειδικά απ'το πρωινό.. Απογοητευτηκαμε....
