So where to start…. The +: the welcome from the young man was cordial despite our late arrival due to the plane, he told us that we could smoke on the ground floor because there was no access to the outside, comfortable rooms and much better than in photo, good wifi connection The -: A really cold welcome from the two good women, no matter how much you say hello, no one will answer you. I would like to point out that we did everything we could to not upset them (saying thank you/hello, smiling several times a day) without ever getting a response. 3 big HUGE dogs constantly locked up, a vile smell and the impression that they are being mistreated and locked up 24 hours a day! We have to go through a clothing store to get back so we are not free to do what we want (yet on booking they specify that there is no curfew and that we are free to move around), they enter the rooms as soon as we leave to turn off the air conditioning and do I don't know what else (several times a day). We decided not to worry about it until we wanted to have food delivered around midnight (sorry for being hungry…….), the mother came down insulting us because it was late and she kicked us out of her hall (the only place to smoke) and to take revenge the next morning (7:00 a.m.) she woke us up with loud music and the sound of pots and pans! (Video and supporting evidence) When we wanted to get an explanation the young man started screaming and became verbally and physically aggressive, pushing my arm while I showed him proof that it is illegal to lock us up in their homes. Not to mention cockroaches in one of my friends' rooms. HOSTEL TO FLEE, I am shocked to have been attacked to this extent, dialogue was impossible and clearly showed RACISM I do not understand how you can work in tourism and be so unpleasant and violent towards a customer.
